Needed a quick place for lunch. Found Paloma. Had to seat ourselves. Picked outside table. Took a while to get order placed due to only one server for the entire restaurant. He was great but so busy. Ordered a hummus board and chicken sandwich. Got gluten free crackers which were rosemary. Good food.

Paloma is a great restaurant in the middle of downtown Greenville. They have fast, friendly service. Table side payment checkout is available which is fast and convenient. It is located directly across from the Peace Center and is a great spot to go before or after a show. They are located on the first floor at the AC Hotel. Valet parking is available. They also have unique outdoor seating and occasionally will have live music. The wildflower cocktail is delicious and one of their most popular drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised. We were in a hurry and needed a quick bite to eat before our play at the peace center. We happened to spot two seats at the bar. We ordered quickly and got our food in about 30 minutes. This was on a busy Saturday night. I had little expectation and was very happy with the food. The croquetas in particular were incredible. The drinks are quite good as well

Paloma was my favorite space of all the many places we visited in Greenville. Love the blend of indoor and outdoor seating with the big interior roofed bar’s open doors. Floor to ceiling windows allow the warm wind to flow through and the light to shine in. Very high ceilings make the room even more spacious in feel. A metallic metal mesh hangs a few feet down all around the square wood ceiling over the bar. It shimmers in the sunlight. Black ceiling fans, hanging silver lights in the shape of balls, marble counters and modern art add to the contemporary feel.

Visited Downtown Greenville for work and my goal was to try a new restaurant with my colleagues every day. But on our last day, we decided to come back to Paloma a second time. Angela was our waitress the first time and provided an excellent experience. When we went back the second time, we requested Angela again because she was attentive, very kind, and very patient. The food was excellent both times we went and we ordered almost every item on the menu. The tapas including the gambas al ajillo (shrimp), hummus board, whipped ricotta, patatas brava, and marguez sausage were phenomenal. The drinks we ordered were also great. Overall, great experience and great food. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and sat for 2 hours people watching. Live music was just loud enough and not overbearing and we could have a good conversation without having to scream at each other. .Very nice atmosphere and would definitely recommend
