I ordered 1 thin crust 1 hand tossed. They were the exact same no difference. This was our first time trying. It was very lean on sause & cheese. It just seemed very basic. I was not impressed. I will give it 1 more try but after delivery fees, tip, of 2 ex l cheese pizza . 1 thin crust 1 hand tossed. 40.00 is not worth it at all.

Customer service goes a long way and you lost me forever as a customer after the experience I had yesterday. So I’m online and their supreme Italian is priced at 9.99. I call place my order and was told it would be 17.99 I told the rep that online the price was only 9.99 she places me on hold only to come back and say “he didn’t change the price online” I said well that’s kind of not my fault. Placed on hold again then the rep says “well there’s nothing I can do” I said very poor customer service please cancel my order. I went to Luciano’s and had a delicious Italian and it was only 10.70 and priced correctly up front. Shoppers especially, online shoppers beware of this place and their ethics. It’s sad because the food is ok for the most part. It’s how u treat people for me I will not be back.

This place seems like a joke. 1st, the website is just pictures and you can’t see menu and what they have. Unless your supposed to register with them 1st, I just want to order a pizza, want a simpler experience. Call the store and they can’t seem to understand what I was saying. I used to do sales and had to set my appointments and constantly got compliments on how clear my speech was, PIZZA SHOPS, GO BACK TO BEING PIZZA SHOPS AND LEAVE OFF ALK THE BLING ON YOUR WEBSITE

Order from here regulary, while waiting 45 min for a hair cut figure id go next door to Palmers and get a slice or two. Website states pizza by the slice as well as on the door. Dissaopinted. 2pm in the after noon. Never this issue in NYC no matter what time
