This place is going downhill real fast due to the fact that they have a 15-year-old answering their phones and taking orders and he is doing nothing but screwing up I place an order and after 40 minutes we have not received an order so we checked on the order and asked him if the order was coming he inquired to someone in the background they answered him he said OK and hung up the phone this isn’t the first problem that I’ve had since this boy has been answering phones and taking orders, But this has gotten out of control. So far we’ve loved everything we order. Chivken parm is great. Pizza is great. I just wish the chicken wrap got last night was chicken tender and not grilled but my fault for not asking. Grilled chicken was good too

The person who answers the phone never understand anything you say. He is totally lost and then when you get your order it wrong and you will call them back a the kid who answers still doesn’t understand. The kicker is that the kid speak English ( I don’t understand why he’s NOT in school he looks like he is 14 or 15 years old) This has been a on going issue for over a month I guess we’re going to have to stop going back
