I’ve been eager to try this place to see if the Açaí sorbet is as good as Costco. Omg! This place is fabulous!!! I took a good friend here after to lunch to see what was on the menu. She had never tried açaí sorbet or anything like this. We ordered the Pure palm snack bowl. Açaí with strawberries, kiwi, granola and Nutella. It was delicious and I created a monster within my friend. She is now hooked on it and I can guarantee we will be back ALOT!

So good. I got the tropical with strawberries, kiwi, and chocolate chips. They unfortunately don’t have watermelon but it was still so good. The environment is really cute as well.

The best one I’ve been to so far! So gorgeous, lots of friendly staff and decorated beautifully! We got some of our favorite, then tried the new spring time bowl. It’s definitely more of a base (one mango, one new starburst base) than an acai blend. One side tastes like straight sweet blended mangos(which is amazing but it has mangos on the top too so a little too much) and one is the new Starburst blend, which, no lie tastes like a pink starburst. Its topped with strawberries and chocolate bits and mango and shredd coconut. I beleive that was all, so it was good, but even though we love mango, was a LOT haha. But the staff was great, offering samples, answering questions and to see so many there, all doing something up front, amazing! We always go to the much smaller ones, so to see this one was amazing. They should all be this nice! My 11 yo even commented how much larger and “elegant” (her words) this one was over the others we’ve gone to. Lol.

Overall good experience. The bowl was definitely not what I’ve received in past as regular size. More like snack size. $13+. It was also very hard to open. Options were good but I have to say Garden Juice Lab in Newton/Maiden is much better and portion is larger. Pricing is also more at Palm Berries…..

This place is so wonderfully made inside and out. It’s very clean inside. The fruit is phenomenally scrumptious and so fresh it gave me a happy feeling inside. I had told the servers to freestyle my bowls because I couldn’t decide what I wanted, I had got a regular size bowl and I wish I got a jumbo bowl. I can go on and on and stare in space while eating these bowls and would not give one care in the world just sit on my porch and eat forever. Someone could offer me steak and shrimp and I would choose a Palm Berries bowl instead. Palm Berries is the best that has ever happened to Hickory NC. All other restaurants can be dismissed. I’m coming back this weekend.

It’s a different experience here. I think the food is definitely made fresh and health choice but there’s no flavor and the texture of the açaí bowl is not what I thought it was, I was expecting something refreshing in the mouth and soothing the soul type of food. Everything I was wanting from paying high prices for freshness fruit bowl or refresher wasn’t here for me.

Palm Berries was an amazing place. The vibe of this place was so much fun and the costumer service was amazing the employees were so nice and helpful. The food is so amazing that I can barely type this review because I love eating this. I definitely plan to come back here and I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
