Only done the gluten free pizza here, it was great! They have 2 different kinds, the regular gluten free and a small made with the CauliPower crust. Both were just as satisfying as any other pizza, (well okay, maybe not as satisfying as deep dish). Both times we’ve been here, all the staff has been very nice and helpful… looking forward to giving them more business!

I have only sat inside and have yet to order delivery, but our pizza was delicious and I will go back. It was brought out in 15-20 minutes, standard gourmet pizza time, the employees were nice, and the place was impressively clean. It was a thin crust pizza, which is my favorite. If you want a cardboard, fast, cheap pizza, hit up a chain place. If you want a legitimate pizza, this place is worth a try.

Been ordering here religiously over the past year and half due to their gluten free option and my wife has an allergy to gluten. Totally disappointed with my past two visits. First time I ordered two pizzas right at 5pm for delivery, was told it would be 45 minutes, two hours later the pizza showed up mildly warm and the driver had no change so he suffered with no tip. Today I ordered carryout and was told 15 minutes, they handed me the wrong pizza and then told me they forgot to put the correct ticket up. 45 minutes later and I am still sitting here waiting and they made no offer to make it right. Ordered the pizza at 5:13, left the establishment at 5:57. That was a long 15 minutes.

Well, the cheese was overcooked. It wasn’t gooey, it was dry. The crust and the sauce tasted great. The crust has a great crunchy texture, but I was disappointed with the overcooked, dry cheese. It was dark inside. The service was good and friendly. Honestly, though, the pizza was not worth the price. I had a small cheese pizza but it was even smaller than I thought it would be. I probably won’t go back.

The place was dirty, food all over the floor and un bussed tables. The vibe was similar to a morgue and the employees fit the part. The pizza reminded me of high school cafeteria food. Regardless of any reviews that say the pizza is good, it is not. The people who say it’s good don’t know good pizza trust me. The sauce is bland and the crust is mushy. This place should be on kitchen nightmares for a desperate make over. No reason to go back.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to check this place out. I ordered a pizza for myself and dined-in. Service was actually pretty good, so perhaps they have addressed previous reviewer issues. What I will say is this is highly over-priced for what you get. Crust – marginal, topping quality – marginal. Price – crazy high for what you actually get. Disappointed as I would have enjoyed having a solid pizza place so close to home. Guess I will be going elsewhere.

Probably the BEST pizza in Rowlett. They are expensive but worth it. Always fresh, fast and friendly. We eat there about once a week and have never had a problem. I just ordered two pizzas for delivery and it took 35 minutes on a Saturday night! Sometimes it takes longer depending on how busy they are but that is perfectly normal.

I went there because a month ago my job had some 20 pizzas catered in from the Palio’s on Preston in Plano and it was fantastic. When I realized there was one in Rowlett near my house I looked for the first opportunity to go there and this visit was it! But, my pizzas from this location were not filled with ingredients as I experienced with the catered pizzas from the other Palio’s. Also I asked for extra Spinach on one of them and they had to have forgotten to add it because there wasn’t enough Spinach on the pizza to say it had even one full single portion on it. Plus, I asked that the 3 pizzas I ordered be cooked longer because I really want the crust to be crisp and it wasn’t cooked nearly enough! So, needless to say I was disappointed. I was really high on Palio’s Pizza from that first impromptu experience at my job, but this location really let me down. I had also pumped it up to all my family and when they ate it they asked me how I could have fussed so much about that pizza, and I wasn’t really able to say anything but the pizza from the other Palio’s on Plano was a great deal better!

First, the first time we visited, Palio’s turned us away because they ran out of dough. Now tell me, who runs out of dough on a Friday night?! We went back the following Friday. They had dough this time, but the cashier was really rude. Now I’m starting to feel some kind of way, thinking maybe this establishment doesn’t want to serve us because we’re African Americans. The food wasn’t that great, and the restaurant wasn’t clean. We had to ask someone to come and wipe the tables. Just wasn’t a great experience. Won’t be going back to the Rowlett location.
