i visited palios last Tuesday night and the food was great and restaurant was very clean. Although the reason i’m only giving 2 stars is because of the customer service. I didn’t get the chance to catch her name but the cashier was brunette, and seemed extremely bothered while taking my order. This Lady was very abrupt and honesty looked like she just woke up! I felt as if i was unwanted there while being judged and she never once clarified my order with me. Then I look over to see that another worker is cutting the pizzas with no gloves I was shocked. Food is great but, customer service needs some improvement…

Since the Carrollton location in the Kroger shopping center closed pre-pandemic several years ago, there was only one other BYOB Italian restaurant nearby. It had changed ownership, and frankly the food quality sadly declined.
