I have been searching high and low in the Rochester area to find a restaurant that prepares your food and once you receive it looks just the picture ️ on the menu. I finally found one with this market. Food is amazing they even got a soursop slushie. Palermo’s food is amazing fresh ingredients, it’s always made right, you can definitely tell everything is made with love. Definitely check it out it’s worth your money. They are all around awesome. The picture is blurry guys I apologize was in the car and then I devoured it..lol

Palermo’s is one of the best places to eat in Rochester. It is located in The Mercantile Building on East main. If you want comfort food, delicious cheesy Mac and cheese goodness or a nice sandwich or salad, this is the place to come!!! Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Got the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with Chorizo on a bagel and it had to be one of the best choices of my life. Highly recommend to anyone as they have plant based options as well. Come give it a try, you won’t regret it!

This was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in Rochester. The roll was perfect, the made in house chorizo was to die for, and the peppers and onions with some spicy mayo, made a sandwich of the Gods. My fiance had home fries with his which were also delicious and one of kind, crisped to perfection. To top it all off, we had their fresh made apple and carrot juice, which is normally not my thing, but I loved it!!!
