I enjoyed Palace after a long day of being way too productive on the weekend. It’s open on Sundays and we didn’t have a reservation anywhere so this was the fastest table to get food in us. The burgers were pretty standard, not over seasoned and cooked well (too specification). The fries were a little over salted, but that’s just how I like them. They had a small but good selection of beers. I suspect that the table menu may have been more diverse than bar seating, but we took the first available option. This would be good for a casual night with friends, or a quick off-the-cuff dinner date.

So so happy that Palace Kitchen is back!! After what seemed like an eternity of a pandemic closure, having Palace back makes it feel like the final return. My favorite American style restaurant and bar with flavorful and creative dishes, very well made cocktails, and a great inviting yet chill vibe. Their signature giant crouton salad is a must have – they’ve revamped the dressing by going from a classic Caesar dressing to a (vegetarian friendly) parmesan dressing – which I think is more flavorful than the previous as well! The staff is so friendly and seems to truly enjoy being there and bringing enjoyment to their guests’ night. This is the place to go if you’re looking for an upscale but not pretentious meal, or even just a late night drink and appetizer.

Tom Douglas knows how to make taste buds happy. Every bite was fantastic and the service was attentive, fast, and friendly. The yams had a combination of ingredients that created music in my mouth, and the ‘rosie’ chicken was so good I was teleported to the flavor zone until the plate was clean. For dessert I had lemon sorbet – I was a bit skeptical about an olive oil drizzle, but it worked. Well done, a resounding marvelous well done.

A gem in Belltown. Great vibes and service. Enjoyed a burger with a side of honey roasted yam Speers. Topped it off with a strawberry rhubarb crisp with vanilla ice cream.

I ate here five years before my last visit and had an amazing experience. They were serving a special of Buffalo style sweetbreads that knocked it out of the park. Always wanted to go back (we visit Seattle a few times a year but live about two hours away) but never had the chance. Fast forward to July 2023, three months after the restaurant reopened after Covid. This place once again crushed it. Great people working there out front, at the bar, and (especially) the kitchen. Highlight of the evening was the milk pork, Swiss chard and alpine cheese plin. Ordered a small and immediately wished I had ordered a large. Clams were also great and the grilled bread that came with them pushed it over the top. I can’t wait to come back.

Walk up to meet my friend and think to myself “I thought they closed the doors on this place?”. And they had, but like a phoenix rising from the ashes they reopened are even more amazing! The wait staff are super friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is very festive and filled with warm positive energy. The food is to DIE for. Possibly one of the best steaks I’ve had in a very long time. So good. Check it out!

Great food, great service, a bit pricey. The only issue we had was that we dined in a hot summer day and the place has no air conditioning. I guess most of the time it is ok to have no AC in Seattle, but we will definitely avoid this place any day over 80 degrees.

Delish! Stopped in for a light bite and ordered the mussels and a salad. A little pricey but in line with the area and no auto gratuity added!
