We went with a big group and got to try many dishes and loved them all. Beef paya, chicken jhalfrezy, achari gosht, chicken haleem, sujir halwa, puri all were phenomenal, we ate our heart out! The only that was a disappointing is chicken shish kabab, did not like the taste. But my oh my, the rest were amazing. Friendly staff, pretty well maintained location.

I really enjoyed their mutton Biriyani and butter chicken. Very delicious. Mago lassi was yummy. Medium size parking lot. Not crowded. Easily access from the main road when using Google maps.

This restaurant in its Hayward facility has a good ambience. Empty parking including handicap parking available. No EV parking though. Often less crowded. They accept online reservations/pickup to go orders or by phone. They are super quick and most orders get ready including any type of oven baked tandoori within 20 minutes. Food quality is the same but I started seeing some day it’s a little less salty in goat biriyani. Accept credit/debit card or cash payments. People taking orders at the front desk + servers are polite.

Food was good but the service and atmosphere needs some work. Ordering was confusing since there was no menu printed at the restaurant or shown on the wall or something. There a QR code to be scanned by your phone that will take you to the menu. This online menu doesn’t have pictures. I just think a menu is something that should be expected to be readily available in any restaurant. Also I thought the menu items are a bit too pricey compared to other comparable Indian restaurants in the bay area

i would do 0/5 if i could. ordered to go nihari bhuna and biryani. biyani had gone bad it was clearly not fresh and smelled. ruined the entire meal as everything else was fine. i called the store and they said they cant issue a refund or exchange. not coming back and would not recommend. will be writing a bad review on google, doordash, uber eats as well.

The ambiance is hauntingly ugly. It’s as if you went to a cheap Pakistani wedding really late and all the guests left. It’s terrible. Food is really good. But you have to do takeaway or delivery. This is not a place for dine in. Service is also busy on the phone taking orders. 5/5 for food. 0/5 for ambiance.

Not the best Pakwan. I found 7 hairs in biryani. First I thought it was from my own beard, then I noticed hairs of different shapes, sizes and thickness. So gross. There was no potato in the biryani. I specifically asked for no onions in the biryani and there were still tons of fried onions
