Best mochi donuts in town!! Great price too – $24 for a dozen. The only thing I wish is that there were more flavors, but it’s more of a poke spot (which I will be back to try for sure).

The staff at Paina cafe is always friendly and the food is always fresh. We don’t come here often but when we do, we mostly like to get their assortment of mochi donuts. Their mochi donuts are sweet but not too sweet, my personal favorite is the taro flavor.

First time coming here and we had a great experience. When we came in the place was empty, but after a bit they gotten busier. The guy at the counter who greeted us was very welcoming. We had guava glazed chicken plate (which was very delicious ,), lage bowl with Hawaiian style ahi poke and Shayu Ginger Salmon poke ( it was ok, not very flavorful in my opinion). We also had 2 of their donuts and ube flan cake roll and they were also delicious . Even though my poke was kind of disappointing, I’d still recommend this place if you’re craving for some Hawaiian food ❤. Yum yum .

I went to this place because of its ratings. At first, I didn’t know what to make of it because I was expecting a traditional poke set up but all i saw were racks of what looked like donuts and cupcakes. It turned out they prepare the food behind the counter wall in the kitchen. You can’t really watch what they serve. You have the choice of a small poke bowl or a large. The bowl prices were ok, but what kills you is the price of the toppings @ $0.70 each addtional. The price could go way up depending on what you want on it–so be careful. We ordered some Poke to go because it was getting close to closing. The food was okay. The salmon had a little fishy smell to it which i didn’t like. We packed the food in a cooler with some ice because it was hot that day so it won’t spoil by the time we get home which is about a 15 min drive. I probably won’t be back. I prefer to see my Poke prepared infront of me on a glass counter. Honestly, the price of the toppings is what killed it for me–it was outrageously expensive for each small spoon servings.

This place is absolutely delicious. It is most known for their Mochi Donuts, I think, but the actual food is some of the best Hawaiian plate lunch I have ever had.

Ok food! Much better Hawaiian food options in other places! Disappointing they use lomein noodles as fried saimin! Inari bombs are good! Donuts are good! I wish they use thighs instead of chicken breast for the garlic chicken.

I’ve been to the Original Vegas Location of Paina. I know their food is tasty. I was thrilled seeing they opened a 2nd location. The one dish I love trying (when available) at Hawaiian/Pacific Island restaurants is Garlic Chicken. The Garlic Chicken at the 2nd Vegas location became my favorite. Not a thick batter. You can taste the Garlic in the Chicken. The white rice & potato mac salad compliment the Garlic Chicken well. Highly recommend. Will be back again soon.

Fantastic food, great service. I really enjoyed the poke and the ube pie. This was my first time and I will certainly be back. Katsu was delicious. I forgot to take photos so I’ve posted some pics of flowers bc they’re as beautiful as my food was.
