Unique and delicious spot coming from the famous Korean chef. We came here to try the classic dishes, including the black bean noodles and the deep-fried pork, and they did not disappoint, especially the noodles! We also got some amazing Hong Kong wings which were flavorful and tender. The pace at which the dishes comes out is amazing, and you can see them prep the dishes right behind the ordering table. They offer toppings and water as you need – very cafeteria type restaurant. Lots of indoor seating. Would recommend if you want a taste of authentic Korean cuisine.

Tried the tangsyk and the crispy batter was unique and delicious, but the sauce was way too sweet. Pro tip: ask to skip the sauce and put the black bean sauce on it instead. The dumplings were also fried in a nice a crispy manner, but not hard. Tables are very clean! They come and wipe them as soon as a customer leaves. The black bean sauce with omelet and cabbage soup was delicious and felt like comfort food! Definitely coming back for more!

Came here around 5pm and I already saw a small line forming. The dishes are tasty and authentic! I ordered the jjangmyeon which was black bean sauce, pork and veggies over a bunch of noodles. The sauce is a bit on the sweeter side. I think it needed just a touch of salt IMO. I finished my dish regardless. The Jjamppong had a lot of flavor and the spice kick was good. I almost finished the whole 8 pieces of the Gunmandu.. they were really tasty and the crust was perfect! I would also like to point out that the protein pieces are cut very small so it gets lost in the veggies. A lot of veggies over protein. Veggie and noodle friendly but not protein friendly. Overall I enjoyed eating at this fast casual Korean restaurant.

The sweet and sour pork is special here. The coating is not made from the regular flour but with rice flour making it crispy and light. Better to request for the sauce to be separated to keep the pork crispy. The wait is a little long because they have a lot of takeaway orders hence the 4 stars but the food itself was delicious. The fried pork dumpling was a little disappointing to me as the picture shows rectangular shaped dumpling but was served the regular gyoza shaped dumpling.

Came here for the first time with some friends and really enjoyed everything we had. The egg omelet over rice with black bean (Jajang Bap) was very flavorful. The serving of Tangsuyuk is definitely enough to share and very flavorful. Ask for sauce on the side if sweet is not your thing. Gets pretty packed during the lunch hour but staff is quick to bus tables as people leave. Cafeteria style seating here with self service water/utensil station. We will be coming back!

One of my go to restaurants to eat at if I am craving some jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk! It is really close to my job that I just need to take a quick walk which is great! The food is good, but I wish the noodles would have more flavor to them, but they are delicious. The tangsuyuk is also really good when freshly made, but would recommend for more than 2 people if you order this dish since the pieces are large. Overall, the service is good and would be coming back more often!

Best place to get your Korean noodle fix. Food is cooked in full view, staff work very fast and efficiently. The noodles dishes were tasty but the fried rice had a strange taste I couldn’t make out. If I were to compare it to anything, it tasted like a hint of soap. At first I thought it was the bean sprout, but it’s not because I have tasted the bean sprout on fried rice at another place. I still come back for the noodles but I don’t order fried rice anymore.

Huge disappointment After trying this place in Dallas. Paik’s Noodle in Dallas make everything taste better. Very greasy tangsuyuk and sauce on top (they come on side in Dallas) and jajangmyun has not much flavor… jjambong was good but noodle was not chewy. Both noodle was like they boiled too long.
