Just have dinner at Pagoda Buffet and Grill with my family last Sunday. There are a lot of fresh and good dishes to choose from, and even Hibachi, where you can select your food and have the cook make it for you. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in, especially the cashier girls. The whole experience is easy and enjoyable, will be back next time.

Food was cold and hard just awful. Halfway through our visit we saw a roach!! When we told them not one employee acknowledged that we were speaking to them. I asked for my money back and she just stared blankly at me, I told her I was gonna call the health department and she shrugged her shoulders and said that’s why the pest people come.. refused to give us our money back . DO NOT EAT HERE!!!?

food was gross tasted like reheated refrigerated leftovers. for $33 for 2 ppl the food should have been a lot better. will never go back here. i was totally disappointed. GROSS FOOD. the egg rolls, meat on a stick was tuff i swear it was like it was refried refrigerated leftovers.

Service was good waitress was polite but some of the food was cold and I got a few things that tasted off it was hit and miss. (update) went back to give a second chance it took them a long time to fill empty trays alone of food was cold. I almost vomit eating a egg role on the first bite and all the seafood idioms where very cold. Honestly I don’t know how this restaurant has not been closed down. It’s a food poisoning whating to happen.

They have a ton of options—but all of them are bland, cold, and soggy. No one in my party of five could find a single thing that was anything more than “eh” tasting, and most of it was just absolutely gross. Super disappointing. They also don’t tell you that drinks cost extra, which is a personal pet peeve. My family of 3 dropped over $40 on this meal, and my group of 5 all left hungry because we couldn’t find enough edible food.

It’s a no for me. Knowing that they close at 9:30 p.m we arrived there about 9:14 p.m., but the woman at the counter informed us that we only had 15 minutes remaining rudely. In actuality, you need to be happy to assist a customer who enters before you close. I believe you should close at 9:00 if you want to leave exactly at 9:30. Although the food was awful and quite tasteless, no complained because it was closing time. We were unable to eat because the lady was sweeping right next to our table. We just departed. I’ve never received worse customer service.
