I should have known that the food was ready WAY too fast. I picked up a Stromboli and took it home. When I got home I discovered that the center of my Stromboli was cold, veggies still raw, dough still raw, I tried to bake it again in my oven but it didn’t work. The dough and veggies were still raw. Wings were great though, love the garbage sauce and home made blue cheese.

According to the business they are open til 9 pm however if you call after 730 they will not answer the phone to take an order then you drive over to order pizza and the girl at the counter is rude and says they are done taking orders. If your not going to make food after 730 PM then maybe you should change your hours. Very poor service!!

Do not buy a gift card! My wife bought me one for my birthday. I called to order pizza. They won’t accept the gift card for delivery. So I pay for it out of pocket. The next time I call I order for pickup and request to pay the amount above the gift card value via card over the phone. The person says “we can’t do that because how do we know you actually have a gift card “… she suggested I send a picture of my card to my wife so she can manually type it in. Lol what a joke

I order from Paesanos quite a bit and have always enjoyed their food. Tonight we ordered 2 dozen wings, extra crispy. They were delivered in less than 20 minutes! They were super rubbery including the meat. We ended up throwing them out. I did reach out to the restaurant for either new ones or a refund and didn’t get an answer. I’m sure we will order again but it won’t be any time soon. Very disappointed tonight

I am a continuous customer at Paesanos. I always enjoy the food. However, this time it was Terrible. I ordered a sheet pizza and a dozen knots. There was something wrong with the dough. It did not rise. It was absolutely awful. It tasted like dense yeast. I called to express concerns and their response was to make a pizza but claimed it would be the exact same dough. I explained there is something wrong with the dough. It was for my son’s 18th birthday. Everyone tried it and all said the same thing, there is something wrong with it. I am so disappointed with this purchase. $30 down the drain. Make this right or you’ve lost a family of return customers.
