Called to let them know that our boneless garlic parmesan wings we ordered were burnt on the outside with basically 0 sauce. The manager or owner was transferred to me and was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional on how he spoke to me. Told me he “didn’t care” , “what do you want me to do about it” , “I’ve never had a complaint about my wings” and continued to talk down to me. I was absolutely floored and the disrespect coming out that man’s (and I say that lightly) mouth. Learn how to talk to your PAYING customers. I will never order from there again.

One of the best meatball subs I’ve ever had. I bought another one recently at a different place close to my work and it was disgusting so I really wanted to find a place to make up for it. Padrino’s is that place!!! Meatballs were packed with flavor and not soggy but crisp. The sauce and cheese brought the whole flavor together and the bread was soft and toasted!!! Perfection!!!

We use to order from them like clock work and the service was always good. But lately i can no longer say that. The delivery drivers are excellent. But who ever is making the food now is awful. I order 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, with extra cheese, extra bacon, with fried onions and tomatoes. For my elderly parents who wanted to try their food being i spoke on them so much. And they just sent them 2 regular bacon cheeseburgers. And my parents were so disappointed after spending almost $40 for 2 special made sandwiches. And when i called them. All they could say is i should of called after they got the food. And it is so crazy, cause the food wad delivered to my parents at their home. This place is truly out of control now with messing up peoples orders. And i will make sure people know how they are now when it comes to the way the make peoples food but still charge them as if they made it correct. And wont even honor their mistakes.
