Paddles is a welcome addition to the Hilton Head Island food truck scene!! I have tried both the Gator Bites and Pulled Pork Sliders. Both were delicious and cooked just right! Check out Paddles at Broad Creek Marina or at one of the events they participate in. I highly recommend them!!

The “street tacos” were a sorry excuse for food. They actually made my stomach upset. My sister got the pulled pork tacos and the barbecue sauce tasted like metal. I want to say the food was basically inedible, but I don’t think that would even do it justice. Yelp should allow users to give this food truck a 0/5 because a 1 star doesn’t really do it justice.
