I love Paco’s tacos. 5/5 Food very good I got the pastor, chicken and chorizo. 5/5 service, my food came out pretty quick and there was a lime for each taco and sauce included. 5/5 atmosphere (for a food truck) they had seats outside so you can wait for your food comfortably.

I’ve been coming here for years and have yet to be disappointed. As someone who loves tacos and has tried MANY trucks and restaurants, none of them compare to pacos. My boyfriend and I sometimes find ourselves making the 30 minute drive when we are craving tacos and haven’t been in the area in awhile to stop by lol. Wish they would bring a truck to Sanford, they would do excellent there!

So disappointed. After reading plenty of good reviews too. Ordered 4 carnitas tacos to go. When it came time to open up the boxes there was absolutely nothing but fat and cartilage inside. So glad I spent $14 and didn’t even have the chance to go get a refund. I saw in another review they defended their cost with “quality” absurd.

I love this food truck! No matter what time you go the food is hot and fresh. The guacamole is delicious. Tortilla chips are fresh made to order. My favorite is the chimichanga plate, shrimp taco, steak taco and now they serve ground beef taco. Churros are SUPERIOR!
