Food is so good I don’t know weather to eat it or roll in it. Lived in Texas for 15 years. The best home made corn tortilla I can remember. The cheese sauce is amazing, and a family recipe. The “Pancho Villa” burrito bowl add pico and avocado was the best rendition of a chorizo plate I think I have ever had. Amazing GF friendly. I’ve eaten here three times in less than 24 hrs while traveling through.

Ate lunch here the other day with a friend. We ordered 7 steak tacos and a kids meal for her son. The tacos were pretty good. What made them really good was the sauces we poured on them. The employees were super nice! I really want to try the burritos next time!

I got the Burrito with veggies and potatoes. I also got the chips trio. I should have just gotten the chips and guacamole and obtained the salsa from the bar. The food is good and fresh. The portions are nice and large.

I go here every 2 weeks, get the shrimp tacos and street corn. I love shrimp but find most places overcook it. Not at Paco’s Taco’s! The shrimp, along with the toppings and street corn, is perfect everytime. The staff is super sweet and make it a great experience everytime I’m in.

A true hidden gem. I usually stay in the Tru hotels and one was just a short distance away. Always in need of good Mexican I gave this place a shot. I had 2 fish tacos, 2 carne Asada tacos and 2 El Pastor tacos. As well a serving of their house made guacamole. Everything was just as it should be. They were out of cane it’s but I left satisfied! The salsa bar is always a good thing and this one had the full range including a guacamole salsa which was great!

Amazing authentic handmade corn tortillas for the street tacos, so soft! The pineapple juice is so refreshing and the frozen margarita was the perfect consistency and serving size. Definitely coming back!

Traveling through Knoxville and staying overnight. Checked out reviews for Pacos. Paco’s did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. There is a salsa bar with great homemade salsas. We all ordered street tacos with homemade corn tortillas. We all thought they were great. Carnitas meat was moist. Pastor was flavorful. We also ordered chips and Guacamole. Also great. We would definitely eat here again. We wondered why there wasn’t a line outside the door.

Great place, nice authentic tacos. The selection covers everything, from steak to pork to beef tongue. My wife tried the mahi mahi and carne asade and I had the lengua taco and a vicente burrito. All the ingredients (veggies etc) were super fresh and the meat was all cooked perfectly and super tender. We loved it and we will absolutely be back soon.
