Dinner … just phenomenal. Everything from the gazpacho, the beet salad, to the oysters (two varieties), the braised short rib (see photo), mushroom risotto (so nice!), wild salmon, the deserts, house red Pinot Noir (Sass) … all top notch. See photos for some specifics. And the service, so friendly and helpful, and we loved the little historic store/cottage in downtown Gearhart. Highly recommend!!!

Wasn’t impressed with their stake. But they get a 5 stars for their menu, atmosphere, and how the owners came to talk to us when we didn’t like the steak. They took it of the order and gave us a free bakery. Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful dinner there tonight. We tried their crab and leek chowder, very tasty. Also had ravioli which was super fresh, good sauce and also we had the crab cakes. Overall an enjoyable experience and the new owners are very nice.

Great food. Local specials. Beautiful atmosphere without being stuffy. Wonderful staff. Diverse wine list. Need I say more? We had dinner but I’m dying to try for breakfast and lunch.

My boyfriend and I came in on a very busy Thursday evening and were seated at a sweet table with privacy. Our server Naomi was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind without being intrusive . We had the beets and a beautiful strawberry and pecan salad followed by the Halibut and wild King Salmon. Food was beautifully plated an cooked to perfection! All in all a refreshing experience, we will definitely be back!

Stopped here for the first time today and had a good experience. The crabby leek chowder was delicious. I found a cozy little nook where I could enjoy my meal and read my book quietly, which is what I was hoping for. The music was upbeat and not too loud. The restaurant was clean & charming and service speedy, granted I just had the chowder with the side of bread. I plan to return and try other menu items soon.

Took a tandem bike over from Seaside, and it was definitely worth it. Their pre-meal bread and butter is fantastic, they have local beer on tap, and a fun little dining area. Well worth the trip, best crab cakes around! I wish we would have planned to eat dinner there.

Every time we are in the area, we stop by this bakery. We came by yesterday for a blueberry muffin and 2 maple cinnamon rolls. We haven’t been here in about 6 months but every time we come the food is great, so great we bring home extra treats and always recommend this place to others. This time though, the cinnamon rolls were hard. Normally they are big and fluffy. The blueberry muffin barely had any blueberries and was dry and crumbly. We spent $18 there and were really disappointed. I don’t know if there was a new baker working, but I’m not sure we will be coming back. Had one item been subpar, it could have been a fluke but both our items were not great.

Thought the marionberry scone was good until I hit the middle and over half of it was raw dough. I called to tell them and the response over the phone was “Awesome! Thanks for calling”. No apology, no offer to make it right.
