Stopped in on a Saturday with the crew for lunch. I has the stir fry chicken and sweet potato fries. The calzone was huge. The shrimp and fish were flavorful and crunchy. Food was way on point over what you’d expect from a neighborhood pizzeria. A gem of a restaurant.

Food is good and the price is worth it as they give you plenty of portions. The girl on the phone had a pleasant manner and repeated the order. The girl at the counter is semi friendly but seemed partially annoyed and chewing gum while taking payments from customers. Service with a smile goes a long way.

I ordered last week on my way home and the food was good, so I ordered from home today and the customer service over the phone was terrible the girl who answered was rude and I could barely hear her. We asked her if they could make a steak and cheese sandwich rather than a sub for my 3 year old and she snapped back no we can only do a subs. That’s fine but no need to be rude. I will never give this place my business ever again !!!!

Food is delicious!! My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the jumbo wings in bbq sauce. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Let me put it to you this way; I have 3 other pizza joints between my home and pachinis; and each time i hit one of the others im disappointed. I always end up going to pachinis in the end. Their food is so flavorful and savory, I will take the longer trip just to make sure me and my family are satisfied with our dinner. I Would never doubt the quality of the food and service i get here. You are missing out if you chose convenience over quality i promise.

I just started going to this pizza shop in Middleborough Center uptown downtown I don’t know what they call it because I’m fairly new around here. The first experience was great. Food was good. Service was good. Pleasant. My second experience was lacking. tonight I went and ordered a steak tip dinner. I was told a 25 minute wait as I was on my way home and only 15 minutes away, . I asked if it could be any sooner they told me no. So I come in 25 minutes. The food is ice cold. I called them and he basically called me a liar . I am not gonna call and complain about anything unless it’s an actual complaint. Thanks for pachinis…You just lost a would’ve been good customer and I will be letting other people know also that your staff is very rude not just tonight, but in the last experience I had also.
