Stopped in Pacheco Taco Bar before a concert and it did. Not disappoint. I had a four street taco plate with beef tacos, rice and beans and it was under $10 and was delicious. Great flavors, nice atmosphere with multiple different sitting and lounge areas. We will return!

If you’re out with friends and want something quick and decent. This place has vegetarian options that can be made vegan. Taste is decent but not amazing. I’m leaving only 2 stars because the vegetarian options are similar in price to things that contain meat, however they refuse to add on guacamole without the ridiculous upcharge. For vegetarian and vegan options, guacamole should definitely be included in the dish. I was definitely still hungry once I finished my meal. Very disappointed.

Bad, bad, bad. Waste of time and money. Bad customer service. Big negative attitude, felt like racism from my own race. I asked for forks and salt. She lied and said it’s in the bag. Opened the bag and got nothing. They claimed that they charged for extra plastic forks. Who does that? On top of everything the food sucks. Waste of $32, which is overpriced by the way for what I ordered. The enchilada fell apart and nothing had any flavor. Get Pizza Hut instead. Zero stars for Pacheco Taco Bar. Note to the employees: if you hate your job and are scared of your boss, don’t work work there. And maybe don’t hate your own race and gender.

Pacheco is located at the Toyota Music Factory (a go-to entertainment hotspot for Las Colinas/Irving residents). I stopped by for “Taco Tuesday” and was definitely an underwhelming experience in terms of the food & service.

Nice place for a quick meal. The service was good. I had the Birria Tacos. It was totally my fault for not asking if they came on corn tortillas, I prefer flour. However they were still pretty decent. I just thought the meat lacked flavor. I’m sure there are better Mexican eateries to try. But if you are near by here stop in.

This place is small with a lot of authenticity in the ambiance but not much in the food. The drinks are quite good and these stars are for that. The food not too tasty or flavorful. It was okay. The service was faster. Seating arrangements both indoors and outdoors.

I really like this place. I had the three taco plate, and they were all very good. Plus, they have margaritas. I wild like to go back and try more items. But alas, I lube in Minnesota. I thought the barbacoa was especially good. If it lived in Irving, I would go to this place all the time. The guacamole was great as well. The prices were really good, $8.99 for three tacos and beans and rice.
