Almost past right by this restaurant! We were looking for something good and close to Lehigh University but were limited for time. PA House floated to the top of my list when searching for quality meals and with good reason. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside watching traffic go by. Our server did an excellent job of paying attention to us without being overbearing. The food was EXCELLENT, I had one of their pizzas, the crust was super thin just the way I like it. I also had one of their special cocktails, way too good! The food was very reasonable for the quality, really a great overall experience.

This place was good, I enjoyed the cauliflower but I wish it was less oily. They have authentic Italian pizza and gluten free options! The music was a bit too loud I had trouble hearing, however I was sitting a bit close to the bar so not sure if it was because of that.

We had an absolutely incredible experience here tonight. Since moving to the valley a year ago we have made it a point to try a new local restaurant at least once a week. This one just may be our new favorite. While the food and atmosphere were flawless the actual reason this place was such a joy was the staff. We showed up a bit early for our reservation and the host offered us a spot at the bar while we waited. The bartender jumped right in and started serving us up with menus and suggestions. In the time it took us to finish a drink we were asked by 3 or 4 different people how we were doing and if we needed anything. After our 2nd drink we decided that the bar was spacious enough and we were hungry so we ordered some food. Everyone was so welcoming and okay with whatever made us most comfortable. We started out with the fries which were absolutely incredible. For our main, she got the grilled chicken sandwich and I ordered the eggplant sandwich. Both of which were excellent. We also ordered a fun guy pizza for “dessert” that was also some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area or in general. They had a great listing of beers on tap. A little bit of everything. The cocktails, however, were the shining star. All 3 bartenders prepared cocktails for us and each and every one was amazing. They also provided knowledge of flavors and offered samples when we weren’t sure what something was or what to order. I can not stress enough how incredible the staff was here. The entire time we dined we witnessed their teamwork to get the drinks out and teach a new staff member how to garnish drinks. Everyone’s attitude was so positive and proactive. It just felt great to be there. Not to mention all of the Post Malone on the sound system!! After getting home we passed out on the couch for a few hours to recuperate from an awesome time. We will definitely be back. I think we just found our new favorite haunt. Thank you for an amazing evening.

I really like the location and feel of the place. Nice inside and very comfortable. The pizza of course tastes good because of the awesome pizza oven, but I didn’t care for the meat on the bee sting pizza, the crust is a little dry, could use some olive oil or something, and not a lot of veggies such as onions. The Bibb ceasar wasn’t that good, it wasn’t mixed when it came to the table, and the pieces of lettuce were large so I had to cut them and mix it all up. The half baked cookie was good but I think it would be better with a full baked cookie and then it would get soft as the gelato melts on top. Overall, want to try more from this place. Had a ton of potential. Just need to find my favorites.

First time visiting on a last minute decision. Sat at the bar and had great service and cocktails! The French fries with three dipping sauces were some of the best fries I’ve had. The pizzas were good. My only comment would be a little less crust and more room for toppings. We will definitely be back!

Great addition to Hellertown. Great ambiance, especially with the doors up. The cocktail menu is well rounded and the drinks we tried were well crafted. I’ll admit I was somewhat skeptical of another pizza place coming to town, but the unique style and variety make it stand out. Flavorful wood-fired crispy crust that thins out along the slice itself. Shareable size, but so good you can easily put one down on your own as well. We were also told that the outside tables are dog friendly. Service was excellent. Overall great experience.

My wife and I went on Mother’s day and sat at the bar. We had a fantastic experience with both bar tenders. They made me drinks off menu that were of their choosing and they were both amazing. The food was excellent as well. We shared the scallops and the greatest touch was using the grilled bread to wipe up that wonderful butter. We just had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
