Rude employees at walk up window, stood at the window over 5 mins before I was greeted or the window was even opened. It’s very simple and polite to greet someone and give them a time estimate when you’re not ready to take orders. Simple customer service goes a long way and a lack thereof also goes a long way. I guess 6 cookies is a tough order to fill?

I was super excited for a location that’s super close. I went pretty late and well I can say that the burger tasted pretty good, the fries not so much. My order was handed off almost instantly and was hot (albeit with no cheese melting used).

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is the second time that we pay for an up-charge and it is not included. The first time we were missing a patty from a triple cheese burger. Today, I paid for bacon on my chicken burger and it was missing. The food itself is just not hitting as it used too and now that our orders have consistently been wrong, I don’t believe I will be returning to this location. Check your order before you drive away.

I was charged for a double cheeseburger when I asked for double meat, I don’t think he knew how to put it in. My “lettuce” wrapped burger had 1 piece of lettuce folded in half. The burger was a little peppery but I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t given any sauce or offered ketchup. The fries were cold and kind of stale tasting. The lemonade was actually too strong and needed more water. Very disappointed and did not meet the expectations I have for P. Terry’s. I wasn’t given a receipt so I can’t review it on the website.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the 4th time this happens at this new location. About 7 vehicles not including mine were turned away at 1:10am because they were closed. If your business closes at 1 am please change your business hours online, so customers do not waste their time coming. Here are some photos below of the employees on their phones. Messed up the order so bad it caused an argument between my partner and I. She says it was my fault. Didn’t give a receipt means I had to do twice the labor to explain I paid in cash.. and she still didn’t get her cookie. The associate retaking my order obviously didn’t believe me.. Apparently.. my fries were hotter than hers.. though she had the latest botched order. This particular experience is one of few, as my appetite fled at the thought that maybe.. perhaps.. it was me who caused the gentleman to miss the order with my.. intimidating presence. I’m not sure. This day, although not that serious in situation, cannot be reconciled. Currently in the heat with no place of safety to go, I’m blaming you, P. Terry. But I will take responsibility for this.

Once again order was wrong on drive through. They forgot my kids chicken once again. This will probably be the last time ordering, they’re really dropping the ball. It really sucks not getting what you payed for, dinner is ruined for the kids. Thanks for that!

So after waiting for 25minutes I recieved the wrong order at the drive through. When I came back I was asked to provide them with the sandwich they made wrong so it could be given to the person who ordered it which is disgusting. I work in the restaurant industry once food leaves the kitchen you do not take it back let alone reserve it. Then they proceeded to serve 4 other people before giving me my correct food. We eat at P Terry’s off 1st all the time and have wonderful service and experience this location should get some retraining. The female Iinteracted with was rude inconsiderate and unapologetic snd irritated I would want the food I actually ordered.
