The guy at the counter was nice but the food was terrible. The chicken in the fried rice and lo mein was so hard and dry, we couldn’t eat it. The beef in the Mongolian beef was the same. For the prices of the entrees, I expected way better. Meats were definitely not fresh. I would stick to the actual P.F. Chang’s restaurant vs this Togo location.
