It’s ok, but we ordered apps and entrees at the same time. We ordered spare ribs and pork dumplings. We got the ribs right away, pretty sure that they went straight from the fridge into a microwave then to the table. The one I selected was definitely lukewarm. Then 2 minutes after that arriving we got our entrees which were fine. At this point we were mostly forgotten by our waitress until, as we were looking for the check, we got the dumplings which of course, no one wanted by then. This was our exchange students first time trying “Chinese inspired cooking” . She enjoyed the entrees at least, but I don’t think the service impressed anyone this time around.

Service was the worst I have had. No refills on my water, waiter not available. No dishes cleared from the table. Proper utensils not provided. I witnessed two tables leave because they didn’t get any service. Management must be clueless. Place is not busy, and we are here at 7 and still terrible service.

You get a feeling that sales are down quite a bit – the layout if the inside has lesser tables and tons of walking area that makes it feel less nice somehow. The qualify of the food feels like it has went a bit downhill over the years. A couple of items we went to order and only went there because of those items weren’t in stock and couldn’t be ordered. We weren’t informed until after we had ordered appetizers and drinks or else we would have left prior to ordering anything.

I had the Buddha delight which comes with 5-spice tofu. The server asked if I preferred steamed or fried. I guess between steaming the food and my peanut allergy, they forgot my tofu. When I asked about the missing tofu, the brought out cold, uncooked tofu, which I didn’t want to eat for food safety reasons. My husband had the sesame chicken. Both were okay, but not worth a second trip to experience again. The handmade pork pot stickers were good. The service was fantastic until the very end.

We had dinner at P.F. Changs last evening. This is our favorite Asian Restaurants. Last night the food was truly amazing. We had the salmon and sweet and sour chicken. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The chef did a wonderful job!

The food was an absolutely awful experience. We got the honey crisp chicken. and while you could taste the honey and the sweet-and-sour chicken beneath, it tasted overwhelmingly of plastic. The chicken fried rice tasted like rice from the dollar store that’s been freezer burned. The lo mein had no flavor and tasted purely like day-old grease from a griddle. The Mongolian beef was OK, but was surprisingly mediocre for the $14 we paid for it. The only thing that was good was the fried green beans, even though they were a bit greasy, they’re so simplistic you couldn’t mess it up. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the atmosphere and decor was very nice. This doesn’t justify the $60+ price tag that we paid for it however. would not recommend.
