Amazing hand pulled noodles. We tried this restaurant a couple of times, and the noodles are very tasty. My baby is one picky eater, yet he ate all the noodles in his bowl. That means the food here is pretty good

If you’re looking for fresh hand pulled noodles, this is perfect place. You can choose the noodles type round or flat with different thickness. We ordered Lanzhou Hand-pulled noodle, chili oil noodles, cold noodles with chicken slices & sesame sauce and stewed lamb noodle soup. Food and portions were tasty and great. Will try different dishes next time!

Had the Briased Beef Stew Noodle. Both the broth & beef were very tasty. Most of the beef were tender, though couple of pieces were tough. Ordered it with the wide hand-pulled noodles, which was nice. Would have welcomed a bit more chewiness.

The cold noodles are SOOOO good! They seem deceptively easy to make, but I’ve rarely had one in the US that’s reminded me of the ones I used to have in China during the summer. The popcorn chicken is also bomb. Waits are long, but worth it. The rest of the dishes were also good, but the cold noodles and popcorn chicken are the best.

As someone who has lived in Mainland China for 12 years, I can confidently say that this place is pretty damn close to the real deal. For those who don’t know, Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles (兰州拉面 lánzhōu lāmiàn) are an exceedingly popular street food across Mainland China. Shops can be found in every city all across the country, and sometimes multiple shops can be found on the same street, even right next to each other. Chinese people absolutely love this tasty dish and I myself had my fair share of it growing up in the country.

Holy cow this place is great! I got the braised beef stew noodle with the regular round noodles and the broth is light yet really rich in taste, the noodles are chewy and good consistency, and the braised beef is tender and juicy. It’s good enough to do well in Los Angeles I think! I’ll be back again to try other things on their menu. The service is good and friendly (nevermind that I don’t speak any Mandarin or Cantonese) and the restaurant is clean. $25 minimum charge for credit cards.

Love love love this place for hand pulled noodles! Really wholesome and nice to enjoy especially on a cold day. I always get the beef noodle soup with preserved veggies. Tastes amazing and huge portions!

The noodles were great. Tender, good chew, and absorbs the flavor from the broth. I also ordered the homemade juicy pork burger which is highly recommended!

A small fast food kitchen you can watch the noodles being made service is super fast and the food is excellent. The soup broth is some of the best I have had, clean clear and full of flavor The spicy dumplings knocked our socks off with flavor. this was a great dinner.
