Loved the food. Thee best ribs I’ve had in ages! Literally… However our server was okay by standards but she seemed to warm up to other tables better than she did to ours. I think she was awesome but I noticed she served us a LITTLE bit different. The weather outside was frigid and inside was almost as cold. I guess they want you in and out. Very popular we ate an early supper right when it opened and it was jamming.

My fiance and I came here Sunday night. The food was okay. It was hot and not old. I got the ribs and they were dry with a vinager based BBQ sauce. The mashed potatoes had a wierd taste. My fiance got a hamburger, and he said they went heavy on the mustard, like crazy heavy.

The oil in their fryer needed to be changed, it left a bad taste in the mouth. I ordered the steak salad which was overdressed and the greens obviously came from a bag of premixed lettuce, cabbage, and carrots. The cocktails were tasteless. However the service was good. All in all, I will avoid going to this restaurant or any other in the chain again.

Just told I couldn’t dine there because I called 911 on people that were there over an hour with two dogs locked in their car!! It’s 85 degrees! The manager told me he didn’t want me harassing his patrons! I guess he just wanted the dogs to die.

Friendly staff and pretty good food. Could have been hotter when it came to the table but sure tasted delicious. The Bloomin Onion was really good. The first day I visited was just after opening and there was zero toilet paper in the washrooms. The day after when I visited around 4hrs after opening, the toilet paper was still not replenished which makes me wonder about whether they have a maintenance schedule at all. When I asked the staff, a gentleman simply handed me a roll and left two others on the counter, for the two stalls. Seemed very odd…They are just regular rolls, not the large industrial sized ones.
