We met our beautiful daughter- in-law for dinner, son at sea. She picked this place and it is definitely better than most of the franchises. Wait staff was warm and attentive. The food was cooked to order and brought out promptly. We were able to converse and have s wonderful evening. We had the sirloin steak and shrimp. Very good!

Fast service, very friendly waitress! Our food came out hot and perfect – one of our party has horrid food allergies. The only error on her food was caught well before it reached the table, and was immediately corrected. I ordered the mac and cheese with my meal- and I don’t care about the extra charge for the premium sides! This was WELL worth it! The steak was cooked perfectly, and very tender. The shrimp was juicy and well seasoned. This was a worthy treat for all of us, and we will be back! Our waitress was Jenae (sp?) and she was FABULOUS! We were tired, grouchy from your dratted traffic in the area, and starving! She was really good to us.

Wonderful experience! The food and drinks were great but the staff was stellar. From the time we walked in the door until we left. We were greeted with a warm smile from the hostess and our waitress went above and beyond to take care of us, then the owner came over to our table and asked us if everything was okay. Wow! What great customer service. We will definitely be back.

I used to enjoy eating here but the last several times have made me want to call it quits for good. Not only do I keep getting what should be medium rare steaks extremely well done but the cuts of meat are trash. The last ribeye I got has almost no marbling and was about 3/8″ thick. That is pretty ridiculous for a steak over $30. Your cooks could definitely use more training but who ever is in charge of buying the cuts of meat should be fired. Only reason you are not one star is the wait staff but that ain’t going to do you any good if you cheap out on the steak.

We love the Snohomish Outback! Great service my Steak was cooked exactly how I like it, and my sweet potato melted in my mouth . They had our house salads out quickly after we ordered and the servers were efficiant and friendly!

Meal was okay. Very skimpy amount of bacon (bacon dust) on wedge salad. Chicken had lots of grissel. Best bread/butter I’ve had there ever though. Good service.

I cannot say enough great things about Jasmine and her team! I am a member of the PTA at a nearby elementary school and we reached out for donations for an event we had for our teachers. The quick response, the generosity and the wonderful customer service cannot be matched! They even helped walk it to the car. I can’t wait to go back an experience the kind customer service again! Thank you, Jasmine and team, for making our teachers happy with dinner during their busy conference week! We are so grateful for you!
