My server was amazing she was wonderful. However the food has gone down over the years the lobster tail was not all that tasted mediocre. The new shrimp blossom amazing definitely worth getting. Steak doesn’t even taste the same as no more super fatty. The chicken tortilla soup really good. The lavender drink was too sweet for me. Shark drink really good.

The service was excellent and food came out fast! Though they gave us enough time to talk too. perfect timing. Though the fried foods were kind of salty. But looks like it would go well with alcohol, but think once more before ordering bloomin fried shrimp or any fried menus!

Stopped by for dinner tonight because a friend gave me a gift card. My friend had the Bloomin Fried Chicken Sandwich which she said was very tasty and spicy. I had the Prime Rib dip with a house salad, the sandwich was ok, it’s nothing that I would order again because the meat was over cooked and the roll was falling apart. The salad was good and had cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cheese and croutons on it.

Food was good. But it was incredibly overpriced, had to wait over an hour for food, and server was a little mean to us. Also one of our steaks were over cooked. You can get better food at another place and it will be cheaper and quicker. Very disappointing.

Reserved the private room close to bar. Manager called me to confirm. Arriving the staff including the covering manager said “ no one told me and there’s no furniture in that room” I said “ correct she said you would move it in” all three people at the desk kept their heads down and said “ your table is set you’re dining over here” Long story short the only good thing that happened was the server. The food was terrible and this was my sons 37th birthday. Party of 10. Huge fail. We all couldn’t believe it. That’s how horrible the food was. I will attach the old brown lettuce as one example. Tell me you would eat that. The steaks were horrible. Portions small. No wonder the place wasn’t packed. Don’t waste your time or money. And definitely don’t waste a birthday.

My family had dinner at this place. Steak was ok, the sweet potato tasted like it was soaked in syrup. The best thing about the experience was the service. Server Sanphinaud was awesome.

I visited on Saturday, 8/12, for lunch. They had one server, a food runner, for approximately 8 tables at one given time. The waitress was overwhelmed with all the tables. She was doing the best she could. No complaints with her. What was frustrating was the manager walking around not helping her team. She was at the bar cutting limes, and the bar was not busy. The bartender could have done it himself. The manager should have been helping the waitress. She was not much of a team player.

Why why WHY does this restaurant smell so bad!?! It literally STINKS like dirty diapers, EVERY TIME WE GO IN. So much so that we won’t order food (we’ve seen Restaurant Impossible and if it smells that bad… you just KNOW the kitchen is NOT clean). We just go for the drinks bc those are awesome, and so are the bartenders. Beyond that, the smell.. we just can’t tolerate it for more than a half an hour at a time. PLEASE PLEASE someone clean the restaurant!!
