Food was very good as always, but what stood out about this one particular visit was our incredible server! I believe his name was Jack (what the receipt said, I hope that’s right!). He was super friendly and funny and really added to the atmosphere. There was a small wait and a slight issue with one of our dishes, yet they made sure to correct the issue and even offered 15% off for the inconvenience. Definitely will be coming back; there is some great management here and wonderful staff!!

I’ve ordered from this outback twice in the last 2 years. Both times have been a major disappointment. I’ve already reviewed the last time where they claimed the delivery service lost my order and refused to help me until I went in and talk to the manager. To be fair, he did make it right. Today was a second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant. I’m including a picture of the $15 chicken sandwich I got. It’s the most pathetic excuse for a chicken sandwich I can imagine, particularly for a restaurant chain that claims to offer big portions. I’m not a particular fan of Chick-fil-A either, but even their grilled sandwiches are better than this. And at a third the price.

We ate here for dinner tonight and it was so disappointing. It took me getting up and finding a hostess to just come and take our drink orders. Our waiter finally got in the game but the food was really just poor quality. I got the prime rib & shrimp special and the meat was SO oversalted and tough it was hard to believe it was prime rib. I ordered it medium and it was more than well done. My husband said his burger tasted like one of those freezer burgers that was thawed out and thrown on a grill.

We went to this location because the Kennesaw location had been extremely disappointing. Food was up to par, aside from a little extra gristle in the steak. Service was decent, although they could not honor my request to not bring the entree until we were done with our salads- how hard is that???

Went in with a group of 8 and we’re quickly seated. Service was outstanding, friendly, accurate, and kept glasses full. Food came out in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh. A small delay getting initial loafs of bread. Great visit overall.

We go to Outback at least once a week and feel like family. John and the other bar staff are friendly and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great!!! Try the handmade frozen margarita!
