My husband and I have been coming here almost weekly these past few months and when we do we always ask for Joey! His service is top tier! From personality to efficiency. All around great server. Our food comes out on time – nice hot and fresh at that, we never feel rushed, if we do happen to need anything extra he’s quick to get it for us. We don’t go without refills he brings us our coke and pink lemonade almost on demand. He makes the experience great (as well as the yummy food) 🙂

I recently visited Outback in Laplata and had a great experience. We had Anna as our server and she was wonderful. She made sure we always had drinks and came back to check on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely ask for Anna on your next visit!!

I usually do not write reviews, but my experience was so awful, I felt compelled to warn others. We work too hard to have to endure such poor circumstances. It took forever to get our food. My sister had to ask for everything several times. Even after that, her salad was brought out after the main entree. While my orders came out in a reasonable amount of time, the burger I ordered was served almost mooing. I specifically asked for well done, because I despise the taste of partially cooked beef. The first bite was bad and the second was worse. So bad that it ended up in the napkin. The manager came, apologized and said that she would take care of it. After a long wait, the waitress brought the check. What do you think I saw? That is correct, the burger just as big as day. I informed the waitress and after another long wait she brought back the corrected check. I have been going to Outback for years and have never experienced such poor service. Who would think a PB&J would trump Outback. There is one thing for sure, I will not return.

This is my new go to for lunch. The bartenders Tawny and Tabitha are fantastic. They seem to always greet customers with a smile. Always aware of the customers drink level and checking on the customer. The food is hot and out of the kitchen fast. Perfect for lunch time. For just about the same price as fast food you can get real food and GREAT service.

We love outback, but our server, Brittany, made our experience even better! Typically when we order we get appetizers all at once, but Brittany made sure our food came out the way that it should. She was friendly and quick, and down to earth. Great location and great service!

He was very personable, attentive and kept our drinks full. We were even greeted by the manager (Perry). She was so polite and made us feel welcome. Came in on 7/21/23 for dinner with my wife. Our server (Marcellus H.) was very polite and professional. Two thumbs up! We did notice that we had to buy our salads separately. We are used to having salads come with the dinner and not order it as a seperate item. Times have changed. Other than that, everything was fine.
