Haven’t been here for years & was glad to see huge improvements. The food was good, the service was excellent& the singer Debbie Troy was incredible! Plus loved all the guest singers. Well be back whenever they play there.

Going to Otto’s was the best choice! The food was outstanding. We had coconut shrimp, clams and new England clam chowder soup! Everything was so fresh and just delicious. The service was out of this world, Janet was so attentive and just a friendly server, she was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend visiting!

I usually wouldn’t leave a review on a restaurant but this was the worst service of my LIFE. We were promptly escorted to our table where we sat for 30 minutes with no service, no drinks not even water. That gave us MORE than enough time to know what we wanted for drinks, appetizer and our entrees, we contemplated on leaving ( we should have ) since it was an almost empty restaurant just us and another small party. It took ANOTHER 30 minutes to get just our drinks ( still no water ), must be hard to make a beer that’s already in a bottle. We felt as if we couldn’t leave since we already placed our orders. The food was overpriced trash, the service was 0/10 and I almost guarantee the automatic gratuity is because they know their service sucks and they would get 0 dollars in tips otherwise. Side note, the outdoor condiment trays were filled with soggy napkins, inches of water and ketchup bottles nozzle down, sounds like a bacteria breeding ground. Do better

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend, not too busy. We were seated immediately but then no one came over to us for about 20 minutes. A server who was delivering someone else’s food asked if we had been helped and we said no. The first drink I asked for, they said they were out of ingredients to make it. Asked for another drink and placed our order and then it took another 20 or so minutes to get everything.

Went to Ottos sea grill for lunch and the food was horrible. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted outdoor seating or indoor. We preferred indoor because it was very hot outside. Upon being seated the waiter did not bring us water. Also the indoor seating area smelled musky. We ordered two Sangria’s which were watered down. My wife ordered the twin lobsters and after several minutes waiter came back and said no twin lobster available. I ordered the fried fish and she ordered the Salmon. My fried fish was loaded with breading. It tasted horrible. I informed the waiter about the food so he went and got the manager. I informed her that the fried fish tasted horrible. The manager did take off the fried fish from my check. My wife had the salmon which was bland and super dry. They also charge me an 18% mandatory gratuity for a party of two. This is BS…We just paid and left disappointed. I will never step foot here again.

Have not been to Ottos in a while… The food is still great. The location is beautiful. It’s right on the water and the staff is friendly and great!!! it’s definitely the place I always remembered and love to go in the summer I recommend keeping these old businesses alive…

We ordered steamers. They were rotten, horrible fowl smell, the water in the bowl with the steamers was black.

This place is not what I thought. I was told they had great food but my Broiled Seafood Platter was far from its name. I was not sure what to say so I just ate it The food did not seem broiled but may have been baked since everything was bathed in sauce, cold and chewy. I thought broiled would give a crunchier texture and dryer feel. Baked clams were far from it. Mostly bread in a clamshell. I had to constantly ask for water from anyone on the floor since I was given a small glass and could not find my server. Notion my plate tasted fresh or remotely.
