45 minutes for my 1 pizza to be wrong!! The staff was great clearly were overwhelmed but offered us free beverages cause of the long wait but for the price this pizza is horrible just go across the street to Joe’s half the price and way better

Came in to pick up 2 deliveries. They told me it was going to be ready in a few minutes… 20 minutes later I ask if the one I’m waiting on is ready yet and the girl says “it will be soon”. I said “well I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes so have much longer? I’m being timed (on Uber eats).” She proceeded to roll her eyes and go to the back to check the timer. Then says 5 more minutes again. I was waiting for 30-35 minutes total. And no they were not busy just 2 people eating and one guy came in and ordered one pizza and was still in and out before me.

Drove by this place the other night and decided to stop in, boy am I glad I did. Ordered the Hawaiian pizza, by far one of the best I have ever had using the fresh pineapple is a stroke of genius it gives the pizza a taste like no other, well done! Will be coming back here.

I have been getting your pizzas for months and they are the best. It was this past Sunday when I went in to pickup 2 pies and really understood why. The manager (Peter/Mike/John I forget) is super nice and passionate about what he does. The only disappointment was that the pepperoni, goat cheese and honey was discontinued. I couldn’t believe it. That may be the Michelin star of pizza. And give that manager working Sunday 9/11 a shout out! He was even covering the front.

We love pizza. Deliveries and food are uneven from so many places, but this Otto is doing great. We appreciate the fine ingredients, perfect cooking and smooth timely deliveries by Slice. We’ve tried several different pizzas and the tiramisu- all yummy and again cooked and delivered with care!

We love Otto’s pizza & are so excited to have them in Beverly. Love the potato bacon scallion pizza only they have it i think my wife has been counting the days till they ope & i got a pepperoni sausage mushroom. So delicious. You can just taste the quality ingredients.
