We used to go to the West Cobb location at the Avenues for years; first time at this location. The prices are significantly higher than we expected, which wouldn’t have been so bad if the food was still good. We ordered two “full” orders of fried mushrooms, only to receive what would have previously been considered “half” orders (at $11 each)! The mushrooms weren’t even battered; it’s like they just sprinkled seasoning on them and dropped them in the grease. The fries were greasy and overcooked, as if they’d been cooked earlier and re-dropped. The chicken tenders were OK, but my “tossed” tenders barely had any sauce on them. Even the dipping containers barely had any sauce in them. You can’t have both high prices and cut corners and skimp out on all the food at the same time. We won’t be returning; hopefully the West Cobb location is still good.

This place use to be the best when I first moved to Kennesaw. Their food quality has went down tremendously! I was so disappointed in my food. My fries were re-cooked. You can tell because some were burnt and very greasy. The fries were so much better than now. They have crinkle cut fries now, which I’m sure are cheaper to buy. I ordered lemon pepper wings as I usually do. They were very hard and tuff. It seems like they just sprinkled a little lemon pepper seasoning on them. Had celery that tasted weird with no carrots and a small thing of ranch that was not enough for my meal. Then they charge an inflation price!? I have seen it before but the food was a better quality then, so I didn’t mind. I understand prices have tripled for everyone, but the fastest way to lose a customer is by having horrible service and food. People will pay for good quality food, and I’m one of them. Inflation has affected us all, but we still serve and offer great service and food.. I don’t think I will be back, this is the second time, my food was not good.

My wife and I have visited the west Cobb location several times and have had a good experience. We visited the cobb parkway location and we didn’t have any issues with our food but all of the tables were sticky and nasty and both of the canisters of tea didn’t have a lid on them and you could clearly see stuff just floating on the top of the tea…makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the location. Customer service was also lacking..

I really enjoyed the service. It was definitely worth the 6 hour drive. I have been waiting to eat here since 2014 and again, it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend. Ruby harris deserves a great raise! Great service great smiles!

Came for a team fundraiser and we got the grilled chicken salad with honey mustard, mild wings with fries, tossed chicken fingers and an appetizer of crazy fries. The crazy fries are one of our favorites because they are fries topped with fried chicken chopped up, hot sauce, ranch and cheese. I recommend ordering them with mild sauce!

Well first of all I’m usually not one to complain but this was a horrible expensive meal. Got the grilled tenders the # 3 which was over $15.00 . They were more like boiled chicken tenders. The fries were soaked from the tenders that I question were completely cooked. Just pretty sad. Won’t be eating there again.

I’ve been an otters customer for or over a 2 years now. Visiting at least once a month. The last few times I have been there the food and service is subpar. Tenders are dry, fries are limp. Serving sizes are small. Sad. I won’t be spending my money here any longer.

Came here to grab a bite for dinner. Once you enter, you place your order at the register. They will give you a number and bring you the food. The staff doesn’t seem to be required to wear a mask from what I’ve seen since front, and kitchen that that is able to be seen we’re not wearing any mask. Customers are able to do as they please. The meal comes out on a metal platter.

Chicken tenders were way under temp (danger zone >120), dry, and flavorless. Fries were the same. Texas toast was 20 minutes away from being crouton level crunchy and stale. Please cook to order during slow times. First time and last time visiting. Only highlight was the staff was friendly.

Stopped in today for my first experience. No more pricier then Zaxby’s. Super fast. I got my meal before I even finished fixing my drink. They have a sauce bar. Crazy hot wasn’t crazy hot however. I think the spicy sauce at the sauce bar was warmer. But it was delicious. They had Cajun seasoning for the fries too which was awesome. Will probably try it again soon.
