Update I went back and they cooked my cheese correctly. I tried the chicken fried steak with mac and cheese and french fries it was a delicious. I want to love this place but they fall short a lot. This visit I ordered the fried cheese logs as an appetizer they came back cooked on the outside and frozen on the inside. they took them back and the second try came back with the same results. At this time I left canceling the rest of my order. Second visit back since the mess up. Everything was perfect I got the chicken fried steak with macaroni and cheese and their garlic mashed potatoes are great too. The cheese logs are very good. I left happy.

Always enjoy the food and the staff.. everyone makes you feel at home and relaxed. I don’t think I have had every item on the menu yet but all the ones I have tried so far have been great. Wish they served lunch.

Wow! Was enjoying my night out till I got to Otis & henrys ! Basketball game was on when we got there, as soon as the party next to us at bar left the bartender changed it to baseball when we asked him if her could change it back he mumbled something and walked away, when he came back we asked what he said he replied that he doesn’t like to keep it on basketball because he can’t have “people” sitting there for hours watching the game he doesn’t make his money like that ! Might I add at this time we were the only “people ” sitting at the bar . Otis & Henry’s is not a customer first establishment based on my experience. Had to take my food to go feeling to uncomfortable to finish my meal.

I have eaten at Otis and Henrys and it has always been great.. the next to last visit they were running a special on prime rib and it would melt in your mouth. We ate there tonight and found the special was still running. They are now serving a cheaper meat during the week. The prime rib was so tough I couldnt eat it and the taste was horrible. I dont think I can ever eat prime rib again after that. They need to eliminate the special if it is to come with extremely poor quality meat. I will accept a special for fine food if it is offered but I dont mind paying full price. The manager who decided to go with such extremely poor quality meat should be reprimanded . It was taken off my bill when I couldnt eat it.. but that’s not the point .. I had much rather have paid full price and received a satisfying meal on our night out
