We visited the Inn at Leola Village for one night on our drive home from our New England vacation and it was amazing! My husband and I both enjoyed everything we ordered at Osteria Avanti. We sat outside in their herb garden which was beautiful and they had live music the night we were there! Reservations are definitely good to have if you plan on going! We will be back here soon everything was wonderful.

An absolute gourmet experience with delicious food and wine. Perfectly seasoned food, hardy servings at appropriate prices for a fine dining establishment. Lamb chops prepared to perfection. Service could be better: issue with finding a corkscrew and would expect the service team to be a little more knowledgeable of the wines on the list

We had a reservation and we’re immediately seated by a very kind and welcoming host. Our server was Julie. The best way to describe her was prickly. She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t warm either. It looked like she had two other tables so maybe she was in a hurry. I hoped her attitude would match that of the hostess but it didn’t happen. She actually complimented my outfit when I first arrived but after that it seemed like she was simply doing her job but without any enthusiasm or much friendliness.

Nice but small restaurant inside the Inn of Leola. Place is on the pricer side though I’m not sure the food warrants the overall price they are asking for. I had the Penne with the braised beef. There was some good flavors going but wasn’t as mind blowing as the menu made it out to be. My wife got the Scilian Swordfish which she really enjoyed, it was a little to fishy for my taste however.

We were there two nights in a row. Italian dishes were really good. The servers were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. The chicken salad panini (pictured below) was messy and had way too much mayo for my taste, but that’s what you get going to an Italian restaurant and ordering chicken salad. Grin

We had a lovely dinner here starting with the house-made focaccia which is delicious. We wanted to try the fries as an appetizer because we love fresh cut fries. I was so thankful our server described the sizes of the appetizer vs a side. They are so good but we didn’t need a lot because we had been snacking all day and had more to come. I had the linguini with meatballs. I am obsessed with finding the perfect meatballs and am disappointed most of the time. These were so, so perfect I got 2 orders to go (1 for me, 1 for a relative). First, they are huge. And they are so tender and flavorful in a deep, rich tomato sauce. The other dish we got was pasta with braised beef. This was also excellent. Overall the entire experience was awesome with delicious food, generous portions, great atmosphere, and absolutely perfect service (and drinks ) from Kyle. We will definitely return when in the area again.

Our first time here. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. The bartender was great and mixed a perfect gin martini and Cosmo. Food was excellent with a great bottle of wine. Service was spot on. Really enjoyed the evening.

Nice place. Food was top notch. First time back there in 14 years when it used to be Mazi (sp?). Mussels were probably the best I had anywhere. Almost wanted to ask forna shot glass for the sauce. Steak tips were savory and stick to the ribs. Definitely a heavy meal.

My husband and I had a lovely evening at Osteria Avanti last evening. The service was wonderful and the entire staff was warm, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the spaghetti and my husband had the penne-both so good!! When we finished dinner, we went to the bar to stay and enjoy the delightful live music. We will most definitely return!
