Did a door dash order for a family special. 2 special rolls, 2 regular rolls and two sides. Called to tell them I didn’t have them..they pointed out that they were in the same box as the fried rice. Well they weren’t just IN with it…they were LITERALLY IN my rice. Why is the world would they do that? Then when I explained that it wasn’t just in the container but buried in the rice, they blamed the door dash driver. I’m a mile away from the restaurant and seriously doubt the driver did what’s pictured below. You would think after spending that kind of money they would have at least said come get some non fried rice covered Oreos. Very disappointed.

I truly love Osaka sushi. We’ve been eating sushi exclusively from this place for more than a year now. I believe Osaka makes the best sushi in the entire NWA.

Excellent and attentive service. Very clean. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a 100 mile radius. Best fusion rolls I’ve had without driving all the way from 479 to 918. Noticeably higher quality fish than more expensive local sushi places. Massive portions, but quality is not sacrificed for quantity. Got about $25 between two rolls (Philly and Samurai), and I could barely finish it all. Nice shaded outdoor seating. Even the ambient music selection is legit: calm but catchy J-pop playing on well-balanced speakers. Blown away by the level of quality from this strip mall sushi place. You can tell that whoever runs this restaurant actually takes pride in what they do.

I ordered the fifty-something dollar family deal with 2 specialty rolls, 2 basic rolls, fried rice, and a dessert.. I loved it! I chose the fried oreos, and they were amazing. All 4 sushi rolls were delicious, cooked well, and looked pleasing. Fried rice was tasty, especially with the complimentary yum-yum sauce. I will be ordering again! I just wish they were open for dine-in.

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been to this restaurant dozens of times and every single time its a 5 star experience. The food is better than good, the prices are easy to pay, and the best part… this place has the VERY BEST, and I mean in ALL NWA, the VERY BEST customer service!!!! When I call to place my orders I look at the time I spend on the phone and folks let me tell you I’ve never felt rushed ordering even when I was unsure about pronunciation. I can call, place my order, go over how I want to pay, and be done in literally a minute average. They know what they are doing on the phone. The consistent quality of food is without compassion. The food is always fresh, the food is always the most flavorful, and the same experiences when I reorder the same dish on different occasions. I can’t stress it enough, EVERYONE needs some Osaka at least once a week!!!

We have been here almost every other week for lunch or dinner since they opened. My main quibble is that the quality of their sushi varies so much every time we go, we never know what will be good and what wont. This was our main place to go for sushi, and when they first opened everything was delicious. Now quality varies and one time one roll will be amazing, next time the same roll is not great. If they could stay consistent, this would be the best sushi. But now we’re going to try to find a different place. Service was never great, but that was fine as long as the food was good.

Really surprised by this place! Staff is very friendly and food is very enjoyable. I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki bento box and enjoyed every bite. The shrimp were large, tasted fresh, and I was also given plenty of them. The chicken was tasty and cooked good too. My wife got some of the sushi options and was very pleased with those as well. After our first visit, it’s easy to say this will become one of our regular places to eat in the future.
