This food was not seasoned at all. The best thing about the meal was the sweet carrots and the cup of white sauce. Maybe it’s the cook that doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s was suppose to be hibachi. I’m going to stick with Nagoya Japanese Steak from here on out. Osaka is way to expensive not to have any flavor. Get a new cook or some seasonings! Please

The food was super yummy but the prices sucked. Online it says hibachi chicken $7.50 and when I got in the store with one egg roll which was a dollar online my total was 15 bucks. Totally overpriced. The young girl that took my order and was at the counter was super and friendly and outgoing and she should get a raise. And compliments to the chef because the food was delicious she should also get a raise. Because it seems to me they’re raising the hell out of the prices.. overall it’s still here again though because I love their food and their desserts are good as well

This used to be a favorite of mine. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now after the 3rd time I won’t be going back. I ordered take out inside, and while the lady working was pleasant, the food was horrible. I spent $56 on a meal for our family that wasn’t even remotely enjoyable. 2 hibachi orders were steak, more like dog food. Small/miniature bite size like pieces that were tough and certainly not “steak”. The to go boxes were covered in grease and you could see a hand print. I understand being short staffed, but it shouldn’t compromise the quality, presentation, and taste of the food. What a shame, you once were delicious!

$20 per tray of food, ended up throwing everything out. Scallops were tiny, rubbery, and tasteless. Chicken was not seasoned at all and very dry. Shrimp was extremely fishy, and the zucchini and broccoli were brown and shriveled from being old. The tiny scoop of rice had an off taste, like if it had been sitting somewhere opened. Old rancid taste. Nickel and dime you for everything, tiny cups sauce $1, 4 pieces of shrimp was $5 as an add on. It was absolutely the worst takeout I’ve ever ordered. It was inedible, unless you enjoy the taste of licking an old fish tank.

Terrific little place. As you walk in you notice how bright the atmosphere is. As you look around the colors are well appointed nice cushion seating things are well arranged to make for wide always everything is decorated nicely as well. Best of all prompt courteous service was offered, the order was taken and a short while later it was ready to take home. The food was hot delicious and well prepared. As I looked around behind the counter and the main room and including the bathroom and a peek into the kitchen I saw everything to be clean and in its place. This is a jewel of a place, I will certainly be back. For $9 I got the teriyaki chicken with a glass of water including taxes. You just can’t go wrong with a stop at this place for a bite to eat. The television on the wall gives a little entertainment as well. Stop by and enjoy yourself!

Great food! Great people! Extremely clean!! Loved this place for years! My nanny really loved it too! We always ate here for both our birthdays & we’d meet up here to eat after my girls dance & gymnastics classes, pretty much anytime we could get together after a special day we came to Osaka! And not once were disappointed one bit!!!!!

My first time going tonight. Absolutely, disappointed! Very expensive, very very small portion of food and kind of salty. I always go to Nogoya! But I didn’t feel like tonight driving that far. nogoya is about the same price, but you get a lot more portion of food and way better! And if I want carrots, I prefer to have them in a pot roast. I will never go back! First, and absolutely the last!

The service here was quick and good, thus the 2 stars, but the food was sub-par and we won’t be returning. The chicken and fish we had were over cooked and the fried rice was alright but not super flavorful. The egg rolls were ok with sufficient duck sauce, but not great on their own. In all, there are better options around, especially when you consider their online menu does not match their actual menu in price or form.
