My wife and I ate at Osaka recently, and we had a nice evening. The staff was very accommodating of my wife’s allergies, and we enjoyed the hibachi show by the chef. If you’re looking for a fun night out with some entertainment (“dinner and a show”), then definitely consider visiting Osaka. Pro Tip: Our bill (2 people) already included a tip, which wasn’t made clear by the staff. Be sure to review before adding an additional tip accidently!

The previous times coming here were amazing. The service and food were great. But tonight was a horrible experience. The staff never checked if we needed more drinks. The food ordered from the hibachi menu and brought to the table was ice cold. When saying something about it, I was looked at like I was in the wrong. My 13yo son treated us out to eat this time, and both he and my husband got sick almost as soon as we left. When leaving, I was cornered by the waitress demanding a larger tip. I was flabbergasted at the audacity of that because I truly felt that she did not deserve it. We will not be coming back. Spending over $100 on dinner and leaving horribly unsatisfied and shaken by the waitresses’ actions.

I go here specifically for the Red Bull Roll. I haven’t had anything I thought was terrible but I have questioned the cleanliness of my dishes. The service is always bad. They hurry you in then take forever to get to you then hurry you out. The atmosphere is cool if you eat on the hibachi side though!

Came in with a party of 6 at around noon. Food was good, everyone got what they wanted. I’m not a sushi guy but from what I heard, everyone else enjoyed it. However, two of the patrons, including myself, were served “dinner platter” versions of our meals, driving the cost of our meals quite substantially. Waitress treated us like we were stupid and that we should have somehow known, despite us never specifying dinner platter.

For being located in a strip mall, Osaka exceeds expectations in every way. The food is, simply put, amazing. If you can get a hibachi table, the expense is nothing short of entertainment with food. Be ready for fire, flips, and sake. If you are just eating at the regular tables, Osaka’s sushi rolls are really hard to beat. I highly recommend the crazy rule and the Osaka roll! So good

Big restaurant. Lots of room. Huge menu selection and I mean huge! Japanese Chinese and Thai selections. Also a full bar. Food was pretty good and lots of it. I took a lot home. I will be going back there. Service was pretty quick. And the people were nice. Yes this will be my go-to place in Wooster Ohio for Oriental food.
