About Us
O’s Grill began in 2009 as a small hot dog cart with big aspirations. Leveraging our experience in Mediterranean cuisine and a passion for delicious food, we served some of the best steak and chicken shish kabobs in downtown Cedar Rapids. Our dedication to quality food and quality customer service quickly helped us win an enormous clientele and, relying on word-of-mouth, O’s Grill thrived.
Today, we are proud to have served the hungry customers of Cedar Rapids for over 10 years, providing mouth-watering Mediterranean dishes, grill and gyro made with fresh ingredients and according to recipes, passed down for generations. We love experimenting and infuse our Mediterranean dishes.

Very delicious food! Chicken gyro was greasier than expected. Falafel was very tasty. Baklava was melt-in-my-mouth amazing. French fries aren’t your typical side for this food, but just what I wanted and hit the spot.

Amazing Mediterranean food, bowls, Gyros, Baklava, Moroccan chicken platters, hummus, and falafel! The hummus is so creamy and they make their tezeki sauce in-house. Check them out for lunch or dinner, catering, or their food truck!

It doesn’t look like much from the parking lot but holy cow the food was really good. We had the classic gyros (no hot sauce) and the o platter. The meat was so good. Rice was great. Really it was all great. We will vote back when we are in the area again

I remember the first time I experienced the most amazing Gyro I have ever had in my life back when O was first starting out. Since then, a many of years ago, He has somehow accomplished making his quality of Food & Service even more amazing! I was able to stop in & enjoy a few amazing menu items he has available before heading back to NM & was blown away with how phenomenal the flavors & presentation was. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing as if you were at home having a family meal together. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, I can say at least for myself, you will have a very pleasant & delicious experience.

If I could give more stars for service I would! Was asking for ingredients due to some allergies and owner gave me sample as well as confirming ingredients. Was a little surprised at how player was served, Finely chopped gyro meat, but it all tasted great. Best Pita in town!

Ordered 2 salads with euro meat total came to over $25. Got home to notice that all I had was lettuce and cucumbers and sprinkles of meat here or there. Not worth the price at all! You may as well go to the grocery store, spend 5 bucks and get a much more filling salad. Expect to be hungry! Not worth it at all.

My first time dining In! Had the Os salad w/ gyro meat. Amazing! Delicious! The white gold sauce is to die for! Great staff. Very clean atmosphere! Top notch! If you haven’t been…put this on the top of your list of places to try!!!
