So, we checked out Oro Italian Street Food at Destin Commons, and man, they’ve got quite the pizza selection! They’ve got all sorts of flavors, from unique ones to your classic favorites. But that’s not all – they also serve up sandwiches and desserts. And guess what? The bread they use is made right there in the house, and the crust is baked fresh too!

My son and I thoroughly enjoy our pizza and cannoli from ORO Italian Street Food in City Food Hall at Destin Commons! Friendly staff, tasty food, and I HAD to order dessert – it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some authentic Italian street food. Great addition to the Destin, FL, culinary scene.

The owners Massimo and Elisabetta are a phenomenal power duo. They have a variety of pizza recipes to choose from, but I personally enjoy the rossa myself due to the capers and olives. Oro also offers a fried pizza, Neapolitan sandwich, charcuterie board with high quality meats, cuoppo, and a selection of Italian desserts.

Next time you’re visiting the Destin Commons, do yourself a huge favor and swing through the Destin City Food Hall and park yourself in front of Oro’s Italian Street Food! Every entrees is made fresh on the spot. I’ve had their pizzas (which are great) but my absolute favorite is the arancini!

My sister and I are here on vacation and stopped by here today to eat! We both got a personal sized cheese pizza and I got an arancini ball. The food was absolutely delicious!! And the lady that served us today was super friendly! Highly recommend this place.

I originally ordered from another vendor within the Destin Food Hall and was very disappointed. As I was sitting at the bar, a woman I later realized as one of the owners, Elizabetta, of Oro, a few spots down from where I originally ordered, came up to me with a small slice of their pizza, and stated that she was sitting across from me and could see the unhappiness with my current plate and wanted to make my day better. This was such a generous gesture, and I decided to give them a try. I wish I would’ve chosen this place first, as their dishes looked amazing and tasted even better than they looked. The flavor, the balance, everything was perfect. Both her and the other gentleman who I presume own it as well, spoke with us and they source so much from Italy, down to the flour and water used for their dough. It was very easy to see why their pizza was so delicious! The prices may make some nervous, but rest assured it is worth the effort and care they have put into their food, and their customers. We are local and can’t wait to return again soon to try more! Thank you!

That Caprese sandwich was so good, it was absolutely heaven. The greens were tossed in balsamic and the tomatoes were firm and perfect, the cheese was the perfect amount 10/10 would highly recommend
