I love Tommy’s. We stopped on our way to Vegas. It was great as usual. My family loves the chili burgers. I’m a vegetarian so I love that they have a cheese sandwich option and great fries.

I like Tommy’s. It’s never crowded. The people are nice. The burger was cheap. I even asked for extra chili on my burger and they didn’t charge me. I was a Tam’s guy but Tam’s cost too much now

This particular Tommy’s was such a disappointment. Service was slow as a snail.. chili wasn’t hot at all. Just wasn’t what i expected from a newly built tommys. This was a drive through order on a Saturday night at 10pm. Won’t be going the anymore.

Absolutely the worst, Female manager was rude, nasty, dismissive, and confrontational!! STOLE MONEY FROM ME. They were paid twice. They asked for payment on an order that was already paid from doordash. I had to use my personal card to get a customer order and they refuse to refund me. The manager just confirmed they were not supposed to ask for a card for payment and orders are paid in advance yet the guy at the window last night said he would not give me the food unless I gave him a card. It was close to midnight so I used my own card so the customer would get the order. Doordash confirmed the customer pre paid so I didn’t need to pay for the order. The manager told me to take it up with my bank or HR! She was extremely rude and hung up on me. I was very nice on the call, and did not deserve her dismissive nasty behavior. I posted this review on the Nextdoor app as well so the community knows how awful customers are treated at the La Habra location.

Totally worth the money and wait. I got my food in record time. Take That In and Out! Same great unique Chili Burger and Fries. Be nice to staffers and they will be nicest You.
