My chili Burger was freshly cooked. the drive-through was empty being that I was the only car in the drive-through the server was just a little too familiar friendly with me. The restaurant looked clean both inside and out.

Walked inside to order and the employees didn’t even acknowledge us or even tell us it will be a minute. Waited for about five minutes and still nothing so decided to leave. Customer service was invisible.

Ordered a burger with “light” chili and got the opposite. I’ve eaten at several other locations and have never gotten a burger oozing with chill after requesting light chili. The burger tasted ok after getting through all the chili. More attention to detail would be appreciated.

We only ever use the drive-through and take it home. It’s a favorite of everyone in the family except me, because I don’t eat meat. It’s a very meat-focused fast food restaurant with chili dogs and chili burgers being their signature offerings. But they report that the food is excellent if you like chili.

This used to be a 5 star rating, but after today I’m highly disappointed. The lady at the window was supposed to get napkins and catsup, and I thought that’s where she was going, but she just left and never came back. I watched some young kid who was cooking repeatedly drop fries and try to put them back on top of the fry tray, and it seemed to take forever. When I got home and opened my burger, I was shocked to see hardly any chili at all, when normally it oozes with chili. Instead, this burger was mostly onions with the smallest patty in the world. The burger wouldn’t have had any thickness at all, if it wasn’t for the quarter inch cut tomato slice. The burger looked sad, and was not hitting the spot with its excess of onions and seemingly nothing else. I’ve been a loyal Tommy’s customer since living in Los Angeles in the early 80s, and it has always been one of my favorites and the standard has always been the same at every Tommy’s I’ve been to until today. I’m going to have to try a different location and see if they have started charging more for less at every location; because it doesn’t look like I will be back to this one.

So after craving some Tommys burger for a while, finally, I got the motivation to drive across town to the Henderson location. Service from the workers was great. They were friendly and accomadating. When we got our food, it was cooked to order hot and fresh. There’s just something about Tommy’s Chili I feel that’s lacking. The Chili seems to lack flavor and is a little bland for a chili connoisseur like myself. They still get a 3 star from me none the less.

Should have drove by and kept going 1. My Chile cheese fries warm at best fries were hard and cold refried 2. Burger warm at best someone else was returning his burger should have left right then 3. People working had no supervision kids running the place. 4 . Got up at 3/30 am spent the next hour and half blowing up the toilet not going back.

I’m not satisfied with my double chili cheeseburger. I asked for no tomatoes or pickles and I still got them. But I didn’t get enough chili. Also, it looks like the cashier was high. I tried calling a few times but it went to voice mail.
