This place used to make some bomb pizza. I’ve been out of state for the last 2 years and what happened? The pizza’s are still good, don’t get me wrong. and for a good price. but they’re not like they used to be, all seasoned and excellent as they were. You could see seasoning all over the pizza back then and now it’s just… unseasoned…. and different than it once was. The employees have always been very nice with me though, no matter who is working. 3 stars for the pizza not being the same.

Giving three stars because the pizza is good. Went to pick up my pie and I’m asked if I want to leave a tip. Quick lesson in customer service…If you are trying to get someone to leave a tip, allow them to not feel awkward or embarrassed and let them leave it on the slip, like every other place, when they are signing. You also might want to try having someone pleasant at the register if tips are what you’re looking for.

I ventured into this place only once, more than a year ago. It was close to closing time, lights were on and appeared to be open. I tried to place an order, To Go. I didn’t want to hang around. But I was basically ignored as if I was speaking a foreign language.

I’m hoping and praying my cheese steak I just ordered is hella better than the customer service in this business. First, no one greeted me upon walking in. Noticed one table of ladies had to get up and get their own menus. When the lady finally came from the back she appeared annoyed as if I was inconveniencing her. Her whole demeanor was rude, short, not pleasant, not one crack of a smile, and just not friendly at all. I mean I’m not looking for someone to do cartwheels and put on a show but if you want people’s money, show a little more enthusiasm and politeness. If it wasnt for a major craving for a cheese steak I would’ve not even stayed. PEOPLE, do BETTER please. If you don’t like your job then QUIT. I’ve waited tables, hosted, and provided customer service throughout my entire career in mental health and I’m sick of dealing with people I give my money to and have to put up with your stank attitude . It’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Do BETTER!!!!!

Horrible went there today 8/28th the buffet was terrible old, nasty dry out food! Waitress didn’t care, had pointed out a roach yes I said ROACH on the wall beside me she said oh and killed it. I said do u all have a problem with these she said a customer must have brought that in!! Seriously a customer she did! What in the world no appoligy nothing!! Spent 35$ have a gut ache and want a refund I’m calling to speak to the owner!! Ps my son had hairy pizza!

Drafts for happy hour are $1.55 — ridiculous! And they have Apocalypse Ale Works normal price beers for $2.55. That’s 4 stars right there. Good prices for delicious pies and wings makes it 5. Haven’t seen bad service or unclean setting.

My family have just moved to the forest area from Madison heights and the first thing we saw was OIP so we knew that would be the first place to eat. We ordered take out and we were on hold for 10 minutes but we could still hear her. The Whole time she was talking to a co worker and answered her own cell phone. I know because her phone rang right by the phone. Then I Ordered ziti primevera and went to pick it up and the resturant was dead. Finally got the pasta and it was way over cooked barely any Alfredo sauce on it. It has zucchini, squash and broccoli. Barley had any of it in the pasta. Did not even finish it. I hate that I had to pay 12.50. i would rather drive 30 minutes to the Madison heights OIP than to ever go back there.

Ordered a pizza, waited 45 minutes to get it, and walking out of the empty restaurant the girl says, that’s a normal wait time. OK. That’s not a normal wait time for an empty restaurant. Not worth the time, not worth the crappy attitude by staff, if you have an hour to wait for pizza come here.
