If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered a deli sandwich which costs $12.99. When the sandwich was served to me, the bread was stale, had two thin pieces of turkey, then end cut of tomatoes and 3 strings of lettuce. When I took the sandwich back, I was told they were only allowed to put two pieces of turkey on the sandwich. After my complaints, this guy offered to make it again. Of course no money refund.The second time around a little better, but still a bad sandwich. The friend i was with purchased the same sandwich and hers was a thick sandwich from the beginning. I would suggest, don’t patronize Genos Tempe.

They keep messing up the to go order. We always ask for no olives on the veggie toasted sub, but multiple times they keep putting them on. This last time time no exception. We also ordered boneless wing. They were overcooked, and the sauce was on the bottom of the container, not on the wings. When we called they wanted us to come back to get a new order but wouldn’t give us credit for another day, nor a refund. It was this day only. Not happy at all.

This place used to be 1 of the best pizza places but after my kids got sick with food poisoning and we ended up in the hospital I think not. After talking to a manager and the emailing the “Owner” still nothing was done. For this to happen u need to hire better employees because someone’s not doing there hygiene well and cross contamination is probably what’s happening not only that but serving people food that’s been sitting under the food warmer for hours can definitely get ppl sick and yes bacteria grows.

Small non descript location. Picture of original cheese steak are a lie. Order asked for extra cheese. Was ok fast.Came out tiny as f wrapped . Had to dig to find the particle of onions . Come to find out telling kid was kind of let down. Admitted they had to cut back and only do half the steak as before. But still charge almost fifteen for the damn waste of sandwich. Girlfriend had the Italian sandwich cold and that was huge like what the hell. That was the only thing worth the time. Sorry won’t be back for that price point.

Unfortunately the food here is awful, the 2 guy’s working are really nice and their customer service is great but o my god the food is like Taco Bell ! Everything just frozen filled with salt and just heated up ! I just had a Philly cheesesteak, threw half in the garbage! Never again ! Sorry but this is actually worse then fast food
