Our family loves this place! We have never had bad food from here. We dine in and sometimes we call it in and they deliver. I will say if you call for delivery plan to wait because they only have 1 older lady who delivers. I have gotten frustrated with that but I now know to call at least an hour in advance..lol.. The reason you wait in the drive thru is because they are cooking it fresh right there. But over all I LOVE IT!

The food was absolutely terrible! I cannot believe that they are still in business. My wife and I took one bite each of our take-out platters and threw the rest in the garbage. I honesty believe that any true Asian cook would be appalled by what they are serving. The chicken was at least a day old, and the food was barely warm. Never again will we eat at the Orient’s Wok!!

Personally, I’m not a fan of dark meat chicken and the majority of their chicken dishes are made with dark meat. Also, trying to call and order or call and ask a question or anything is extremely frustrating as it is hard to get an answer. However, the women working here are very sweet and do their best to make sure you’re enjoying your meal when you go in. Other than the chicken, I do enjoy their food.

The food is very inexpensive, so for ‘fast food’ chinese it is quite good. It beats the Chinese i’ve had at malls nevertheless. I keep going back for the service. The ladies have always been friendly and ‘mama-san’ tells me about her family. They make efforts to remember things about their regulars too, and I enjoy service where the workers ask about our business and family events. They remember my favorite dishes even if I haven’t been in the restaurant in over a month, and if you need more spice, hotter food, special combos, noodles instead of rice, etc they have no complaints with fixing the dish exactly as needed to make you happy with it. I dont care too much for my food when it has been ‘to-go’, but fresh out of the kitchen I have never had a lingering complaint that wasn’t fixed with a smile.

I ate here for the first time a few days ago, we went through the drive thru. It took quite a while to get our food at the window, and my husband tasted the crab wonton, and was optimistic about it at first…it was good. When we got home we broke out the rest of the food, and it was horrible. Every time, in any place I have ever eaten sweet and sour pork (my favorite), and that’s been a lot of places, I have always had bell pepper or pineapple or what not in my food…not here, the food was kind of soggy and more fatty, less meaty than I’m used to….and I have NEVER had JELLY LIKE sweet and sour sauce until now. Not to mention, the fried rice isn’t even like any fried rice I have ever had…it’s more like plain boiled rice stuck together…nothing in it, no egg, no veggies, nada. It’s not even remotely good. I come from northern CA, and Oriental Express, which is what I’m used to, even beats out Panda. The Dragon King in Fountain, CO is fantastic….but this place…ick. Sure hope a GOOD Chinese restaurant comes round Ft. Polk soon.

I ordered the combination plate of sweet and sour shrimp with pepper steak. It came with rice and an eggroll. The rice was horrible. The sweet and sour shrimp was good. The pepper steak was ok but it was smothered in gravy….Im from Atlanta and I have never seen this dish look so sloppy. The eggroll was nasty. It looked like some type of meat was in it, whatever it was…it wasn’t good. I dipped the eggroll in the sweet and sour sauce and that made up for some of the taste. This combination plate was 5.69. If you are looking for something on a budget, this is the place for you. You get what you pay for.

The people don’t speak good english so if you order delivery, you might not get what you ask for, you might actually get little more than you ask for. The people are nice. The food is okay. Just have to remember it is in Leesville…so don’t expect it taste like the Chinese food back home (ex. New York, DC, Carolinas, etc).

I like the food. Staff are very friendly and will do anything to serve you well. I got my food to go and they showed me everything that was going in the bag to make sure that I got what I ordered.

The food is okay but if you order delivery be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half for your food to arrive. I usually end up calling back after an hour and a half and the woman always says,”oh it’s leaving right now”. What the heck.
