SCHWAY 365 FANDOM LEAGUE
Honestly… This time last year I would have given O Pearl a 5 star rating. But since Yin and Tony have been gone, it simply sucks! I always order the same thing every time. But, for the last 5 times I ordered, they either left something out or completely mess up my order. Also they went up in price but haven’t went up in service. Wish I could continue to support but O Pearl has burnt me out of 5 meals now. I’ll always have my memories I guess. Also it’s hot as hell inside the restaurant now…

We ordered the Thai Chicken Cashew, and the Thai Triple Delight. The chicken cashew was cooked correctly. However, triple delight was not cooked well at all. It’s a seafood dish with veggies. All pieces of seafood were overcooked; chewy and rubbery. The veggies were barely cooked at all, some of which were cold. When I called the restaurant, a young female answered my call. I explained that I needed to speak with a manager. She stated that the manager wasn’t available. I asked her to have a manager call me back, so I could address the issue. I have yet to receive a call back.
