As an executive Chef I am no doubt a very picky eater. This place has the best Chinese food around. Highest quality I have found at a great price, I would have gladly paid more for how large the portions were. The building is old no doubt but the staff was wonderful. It was an hour drive each way for us to try them and it was worth it. We will be back often.

I was craving chinese food so I went here. The vegetable fried rice is actually pretty good. But this chicken is horrible. I ordered General Tso because that’s what I know and i figured you can’t mess that up. I don’t know what they did but this isn’t even breaded. To make matters worse, I ordered 30 minutes before they closed so I couldn’t even call them to let them know the chicken was inedible. I paid $24 just to be able to eat the rice.

Since I’ve moved to Texas 15 years ago I have still not been able to find a Chinese Restaurant with quality food like this place. I love OG, the food is always fresh and the taste is always the same … amazing. I make it a priority to visit the place whenever I’m home.. My husband and I went here for a date night on New Years Eve. We ordered the appetizer platter, that had a variety of food. My husband ordered shrimp/pork fried rice and sesame shrimp. I ordered house specialty. The food came out about 15 or 20 minutes after we ordered. Which was a good time. Their was a good amount of food, we took some home. The service was good, kept our glasses full. The price was lower than we expected, which is always good. We will definitely be back.

We visit Oriental Gardens each time we visit El Dorado. The Egg Rolls are a family as is the Boneless Fried Chicken. Great service, large servings and very good prices.
