I’ll start with the atmosphere it’s amazing!!! DJ Dan for karaoke is great – fun, friendly & polite. Service is barely there we could rarely find our server and when we could it was 50/50 on getting what we ordered and even “disappeared” for over a half hour when we wanted to pay. Food was good but service need to go much better to get a better rating only real bad side.

The staff is rude,, they cater to regulars especially ,,the last two times i was there the server took regulars order and then went on to shoot the breeze about weekend plans and gossip, when done, the server said to our party I’ll be right back, and 15 minutes later she was back giving them their food and didn’t take our order again btw we were there first , I told Manger won’t be coming back, he said she was busy, no she wasn’t sad cuz I was there as a kid and grew up with that as the family go to place for great Chinese food, the place smells, the carpet is frayed, a law,suit in the waiting it’s no wonder the rating has dropped, to be fair when and if you get waited on the food is pretty good, bad attitude and vibe now, won’t be going back

When I first called to see if I needed a reservation or if it’s “first come, first serve”, I got a snarky response that they don’t take reservations. Need better phone courtesy skills. When I visited, the man at the front both smiled and led me to my table. My server gave me a menu, a magnifier to read it, I forgot my reading glasses, and waited at another table for me to decide.

Really unpleasant experiences here. Last time I was here the bartender brought in her small child and was carrying her around her hip as she was service adult beverages in a bar with customers speaking about adult content… certainly not appropriate and management seemed to be aware.

Ordered dinner and I waited over an hour and a half for my order to be delivered and when it was the bag was torn into and my food was ice cold. I called and the owner asked me what I wanted him to do about it and I said replace my order or my money and he refused to refund my money. He was very rude and unprofessional. We’ve ordered there a lot but won’t be again!

I’ll never go here again. The waitress took my license last night to hold and she lost it. She realized she lost it and was just going to go about her business like oh well. The manager was called over and he didn’t care at all about it very rude. Finally the next day after calling a couple times because the manager was hiding out to avoid me he had someone else take my call so he wouldn’t have to talk. They paid for my license. Not that it helps much now I won’t have one til they send the new one. Dont let these people hold your cards!!!
