I got the turkey and Brie warmed up. The service was better here than the Boulder location. Staff seem to lack enthusiasm and seem like they’re just going through the motions. The bread was very hard and not necessarily enjoyable to eat. The sandwich was just okay, nothing to rant and rave about. I think it’s worth a try if you like sandwiches, but I most likely wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Out of both locations I haven’t been very impressed. The business name seems to take advantage of the “Organic” buzzword and label. The sandwich also made my stomach hurt a hour or so after eating so I’m not sure why but you’d figure an organic sandwich would do the opposite of that. There’s certainly room for improvement all around. My sandwich also didn’t seem to have any Brie on it whatsoever which was confusing since the name of the sandwich was Turkey Brie.

Stopped by for lunch. A nice variety of sandwiches will also serving a couple soups and salads. Price probably due to the organic label. I got the spicy chicken. Unfortunately it sure tasted like no hint of spice. It even was a bit bland with no sauce even detected making the sandwich feel dry. This might be a one off and there are a number of interesting sandwiches I would like to try so I will be back to give a second try and will update this review when that happens.

This is a cute little sandwich shop in Louisville. I popped in on my lunch break today and was greeted kindly. The sandwich I ordered far exceeded my expectations and was absolutely delicious. Everyone working there is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean with seating indoors and on the patio. They also have soups and salads that sound great. I’ll certainly be back, their entire menu is enticing.

Friendly, quick service with fresh, delicious food. My favorite is the spicy vegan sandwich. They have rotating kombucha on tap, and there is a small patio area to eat outside. Boulder chips and Denver chip co are both sold here. They also had a fresh batch of vegan chocolate chips cookies that were amazing!!

Such a great little gem. Amazing salads and sandwiches with all the accoutrements. Local chips, Tractor sodas, a drink cooler with fun iced teas and more, a very unique menu with flavors and options for all palettes and diets. Plenty of vegan options and customizable.

3 times in a row now I’ve shown up on time to pickup my order and I’ve had to wait at least 5 minutes, and haven’t been offered any sort of additional compensation for having to wait past the time. (Even a bag of chips would be nice). First time, the sandwich was burned so they had to redo, last time they hadn’t even picked up my ticket to make the sandwich. I love the food but if this keeps happening I’m gonna have to stop going. It’s getting nuts.

Freshest food in Boulder, by far. They have the best and greatest variety of sandwiches and soups (I’m a huge fan of their spicy vegan sandwich), I love the fact that they source from local farms, and everything tastes amazing. Not too many places can make both avid meat-lovers (my husband) and picky vegans (myself) feel happy and well-fed. Great location, the staff is super friendly, and it’s easily my favorite sandwich shop!

I came here with my 10 year old son on recommendation from Black Paw groomers next door. We had two hours to kill while our dog was being groomed. The atmosphere of Organic Sandwich Company is “happy”, according to my son. The tables are close together and give the restaurant a cozy, intimate feel. But the plentiful sunlight and bright decor, makes it not feel cramped. My son ordered the ham and cheese on pretzel bread. He thought it was delicious. I ordered the turkey and Brie sandwich on a baguette. The arugula is so fresh that it is overpowering – my suggestion would be to go lighter on the arugula in the future on this sandwich. The bread on my sandwich could have been a tad fresher. The sandwiches are nice and big! I could only eat half and even took the top of the bread off my half! I love how all of the ingredients are from local Colorado partners. I drank a craft-brewed Upstart brand Raw Kombucha and my son got lemonade. In the future, I’m going to try the Kombucha on tap. I didn’t know about it until I had already paid.
