A wonderful place all around. I stayed in the front, but there was plenty of other sit-down dining further back, and they also hast live venues sometimes. The food is made to order and is absolutely delicious. The drink variety is great and is continually expanding. The service was efficient and friendly and the cost was much cheaper than I expected.

This place is unbelievable. I always come in in order the exact same thing when I sit at the bar. It’s a chicken sandwich called The Derailer… and it’s the “CRACK” of baked poultry sandwiches. I could write a love song about this meal and the honey mustard they make in house. But nothing is better than the warm feeling you get when the owners say hello to you by name. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Miami Valley without question. Five star service all day long!! A MUST STOP if you’re ever in Downtown Dayton! (The Oregon District)

Our children, my husband, and myself visited the OE for my birthday. The last time I was there, I was pregnant with my now 26 year old son. Needless to say, our kids have not been there. It was fun, and very little changed. I am guessing they are extremely understaffed because one one person waiting tables and the bar. She did not ignore any of the tables or bar patrons. We were all taken care of.
